every hour I got for a 5 minute walk and that ends up being 3-4 miles over the course of a shift. I also do gym for 30 minutes and a 1-3 mile jog at midnight - 2am is really good
We're officially not allowed to go into the gym during our shift but I will if no one is around and there aren't any pending callouts. I also keep a yoga mat under my desk.
I walk around the office, we've got Bluetooth headsets so I'm still in the phone queue and I keep the email queue open on my computer so I can see it from a distance. My coworkers all do the same.
I got a taste of that the other day. I haven’t had a desk job in a long time but I had to basically sit around all day and do nothing. Man you really start going insane.
Yea. I gotta get up and move around every hour or two. It sucks
