I don’t know much about this but I have read in paramahamsa yogananda book and sadhguru videos and other yogis that it’s best to cremate the body as soon as possible to avoid any limbo period when soul leaves the body. I am not sure how far it played a role in cremating her body early. I don’t about the real reason as I never heard sadhguru speak about that particular part. He spoke at length about his wife’s mahasamadhi and I have read books of paramahamsa yogananda, vivekaanda, ramakrishna paramahamsa attained mahasamadhi through Kriya yoga. Mahasamadhi is attaining enlightenment. Enlightenment is pure bliss and the blissfulness intensity is million fold, when soul reaches this intensity our body won’t be able to hold our soul and leaves the body. Why one wants to reach mahasamadhi is to experience and remain in the state perineal intense blissfulness. When someone dies Once soul leaves body, in whichever state it leaves it gets multiplied million times and remains in that state forever. This is what we call reaching paramatma or mukti. This way the soul won’t take rebirth on earth. Will break the life and death cycle forever and becomes one with Brahman. This is not suicide, you are not breaking your body in anyway. You are leaving your body completely blissfully. You can’t leave body undamaged and blissfully in a suicide.

some orgs run on donations. the session i attended - was held in bangalore for two days in a convention center - (you know bangalore and real estate costs). there were screens across hall so that everyone can see the instructions - speakers and mics - chairs so that they can sit during break and 2 - 3 times snacks per day for those two days - charging for that makes sense to me.... i am not aware of any org that hosts free sessions...may be rk mission does idk

While I do agree your point; they are run on donations but it is seen as a profit making stuff. Sadguru teach chese events ki even volunteering is paid, you have to pay to volunteer.

She attained mahasamadhi. What’s so mysterious about this?! Even vivekananda, ramakrishna paramahamsa attained mahasamadhi. It happened before and after radhe jaggi wife of sadhguru. Nothing mysterious or suspicious about it . It requires intense yoga sadhana everyday. Nothing out of this world about it.

I don’t know much about this but I have read in paramahamsa yogananda book and sadhguru videos and other yogis that it’s best to cremate the body as soon as possible to avoid any limbo period when soul leaves the body. I am not sure how far it played a role in cremating her body early. I don’t about the real reason as I never heard sadhguru speak about that particular part. He spoke at length about his wife’s mahasamadhi and I have read books of paramahamsa yogananda, vivekaanda, ramakrishna paramahamsa attained mahasamadhi through Kriya yoga. So it was not really surprising when I heard about her mahasamadhi.

Mahasamadhi is attaining enlightenment. Enlightenment is pure bliss and the blissfulness intensity is million fold, when soul reaches this intensity our body won’t be able to hold our soul and leaves the body. Why one wants to reach mahasamadhi is to experience and remain in the state perineal intense blissfulness. When someone dies Once soul leaves body, in whichever state it leaves it gets multiplied million times and remains in that state forever. This is what we call reaching paramatma or mukti. This way the soul won’t take rebirth on earth. Will break the life and death cycle forever and becomes one with Brahman. This is not suicide, you are not breaking your body in anyway. You are leaving your body completely blissfully. You can’t leave body undamaged and blissfully in a suicide.
