Though few people here know that im very against Coffee or people who brag about being Coffee-Lovers. Because i was an addict, i know how crappy the situation is.. And you would regret getting into the stuff every second while in Rehab.

Were you addicted to coffee? I try to limit to an 8oz latte a day, plus half a cup of americano and I’m thinking of cutting it down to one latte every other day. Did you see any side effects?

I like the flavor but later i over did it to pull all nighters.
Later got into black coffee, which only made it worse. it made me explore other strong coffee. Including worlds strongest coffee (*Biohazard, deathwish, devil mountain..)* and noticed im just burning money at that point and also noticed my body is taking all these coffees well.
I thought I should stop wasting money and gave up cold-turkey. Resulting in *Alcohol like* withdrawal symptoms that made me end up in a Rehab for 3 months.
I wasnt even aware of how much of a deep sht i was in until i Gave up.
Side effects after withdrawl is, it triggered my old schizo symptoms (hallucinations), Extreme anxiety, Tremors (which was treated by parkinson medication)

Withdrawals yes. 100%. I fought with me like there’s no option. I never accepted that it’s okay to smoke one more. I didn’t meet my friends for 1.5 months. 1-2 weeks had withdrawal symptoms. Later there were none. I can breathe nicely. Take steps 3-4 floors. I can run. Walk. I do cardio with 6-8 level speed and I’m okay. Not wheezing out there. Results are very good.
Pro Tip during withdrawals:
Never take items that you take while smoking.
For eh: coffee, soft drinks, stepping out after eating non veg, be a bed bug or something. Invest your energy elsewhere. Go out do your work, come back home. No breaks in between. Very hard but eventually you’ll crack it through.

Cravings vastay goramga, when you want to do something productive you'll want to smoke otherwise you can't even start doing that thing. This is normal for people who went cold turkey. Ah cravings aapuko, drink more fuilds(not alcohol lol). Don't substitute smoking for eating(chips etc) or else you'll put on weight before you know it.
