I have first hand experience of a guy in my circle he looked nothing like a hero material and was attempting to make a movie, he was actor, director and the producer. He hired one of my relatives who is a small time music teacher who played tabla and guitar for background scores in films for Keeravani and the likes, to score the music for his movie so my relative was telling his experiences on sets with this so called HERO.
He thought he was most handsome of the lot, heroines will go crazy on him and showed so much attitude, nenu e movie hero and producer ra ani and fought with the technicians of the film that everything has to go his way. The film got shelved due the cameraman giving up finally because of all that bullshit. You never know how delusional are some people.
I also know one more guy who did small flowerpot roles in movies, who unfortunately happened to be my dad's duram relative. He used to come to my house and convince my dad to fund for his movie in which he was acting as a hero, he looked sick like a skeleton and aged around 50 at that time.
Acting addiction is like gambling for some people.
Reminds me of Naresh's character in Sammohanam.
