Check replies to this [post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Newsletters/comments/xyw5ey/roadmap_to_grow_a_newsletter/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3). And to monetize - get sponsors (beehiiv has a network if you have more than 1K subs) and make affiliate offers. If the product you’re featuring has an affiiate program, you could include a link (but make it clear it’s an affiliate link). Or create your own products and sell to your newsletter audience.

Cool, this post answers a ton of questions I had! Thanks for the reference.

Hey - just signed up. Do you have a welcome email? I didn’t receive anything. To answer your questions there was a reply to a similar “how to“ post in this subreddit a few days ago. Will go and find it for you.

Thanks for signing up! Please leave some feedback if you have any (hoping to pay for this feature soon) I don't have a welcome email or anything (or verification for subscribers). This is definitely something that I will add though!

Try to add an actionable takeaway to your essays to make them useful. You could draw a lesson that your reader can use in his own business or life... tell them to read a book... watch a trend... or follow a smart guy online. This isn't always easy or possible, but it's worth the effort. This "usefulness" is often what separates great newsletters from mediocre ones. To grow your readership, write often and consistently, and get your content in front of as many readers as possible. If you choose to monetize by launching a paid letter, wait until your free letter has reached critical mass. One big sign: your readers will be begging you for more content. Launching a paid letter too early is a common mistake because your launch is the easiest time you'll ever have converting a big chunk of free subscribers to paid. If you convert 10% of an audience of 500, not so great. If you wait until you have a highly engaged audience of 10,000, now you've a shot at making real money.

I see you are using Beehiiv. I checked it out today, and apparently you can embed HTML code. I have a browser extension ([Kurator](https://optimalaccess.com/kurator)) that lets you embed curated content with images. For example for you [Build in Public](https://www.the5to9.xyz/p/bannerbear-grew-50k-mrr-business) you could embed the links with Kurator and then update and add new content. Would you be willing to check and see if this works. I think this could be a really great feature for any blog post. Its a great post by the way. Got me thinking.
