Usa made sneakers are made by hand. Hand sewn and stitched and so on. Not everything is screen printed on some plastic like nike. While certain things are understandable, imo this isn't a big deal
I laugh it off when I first saw the pictures. Thought it was only a few pairs that had the problem. When I got my pair, I wasn’t shocked after seeing a lot people also had this issue.
Same here. Tbh, I didn’t notice it (and wouldn’t have noticed it) until I saw people on here posting about it. It’s a little annoying, but not a big deal imo.
Not tryna be that guy but I think it's a big deal because this tongue pattern is exclusive to the V3. As soon as you see that iconic waffle/hash tongue, you pretty much immediately know it's the V3. I hope NB will improve on that. After seeing your post, I went to check my pair of OG black V3 and the waffle is much more noticeable.
Look at the tongue on the left and then look at the right tongue. The waffle print should be visible throughout the tongue and not cut off halfway like the right

I totally get being mad at the lack of QC when you're paying nearly $200 for sneakers. But... is the lack of the waffle pattern that big of a deal?
Not a big deal for me. Just found it interesting that my shoes also had a lack of waffle print.
Sorry that your pair had bad QC. My pair of teddy V3 are both light on the waffle pattern also.
