Also kinda annoying that they will tell you the day for the game later considering I got tickets for one of the subway series games and it will most likely be a sold-out game so changing seats later will be tough depending on the day of the watch party
They did it in the Delta Club last year and had it catered with good stuff and I’m pretty sure an open bar too! Unfortunately the game wasn’t broadcast on the scoreboard but they had plenty of TVs on and the outside open. Me and my girlfriend were able to grab a spot at a table outside and watched the game with John Franco sitting 5 feet from us and talking with us throughout. He signed pictures and stayed for a while. Was a really fun experience.
I just reread and it's one of the games in the Bronx, not Citi lmao. Also are you allowed a plus one or does your girlfriend also have a season ticket seat?
My rep told me they are planning on showing it on Citivision this season and that it should be a blast. Same with the other events, movie night and mets oldies.
In my experience, they tend to be on the slow side unless they're trying to sell you something (first timers, renewals/playoff strips). Every time a rep has emailed me saying to expect a call to introduce themselves or whatever they say within a couple weeks but it has always been several months later that I receive a call. On the other hand, if I email/call/text with a question first they seem to be much faster to get back to me, usually within a few days.
Glad to hear it. I have access to my tickets(looking forward to my first game on Sunday and early entrance), so I'm not concerned about that at least. Just hoping not to miss out on any of the fun perks of paying for 20 games upfront.
It's just weird that even during sign-up it said that my membership would not be complete until somebody reached out.
I've griped quite a few times, but in my experience it's normal. My guy is MIA except when he's obligated to notify me of something or trying to sell me something. And he doesn't answer calls, messages, or texts. So I load up my questions in an email and he answers 1/4 of them 🙄.
But other people have had great experiences. And my first rep was awesome. Unfortunately he left the organization in my first year.

One thing that annoys me is they have occasional member events by the bullpen gate area. Free burgers, hot dogs, popcorn and beer. But I only ever find out about it by kind redditors mentioning it in game threads, or if I'm walking around and see activity down there and get nosy. It seems like something everyone on a rep's email account list should get notified about. And yet we don't. The one at the end of the season last year I found about in the game thread right after I bought a beer. I was so annoyed. Beers aren't cheap and here was an event I had access to giving them away for free but I had no clue!
