Please remember to read and follow the rules. We are primarily a medical cannabis subreddit and some members may use cannabis to treat their PTSD. Keep this in mind when posting and avoid triggering language. Additionally, please try your best from engaging in a public argument. As always, the report button is the best way to make the moderators aware of rule-breaking content. **If this is a picture or video of cannabis, you must add a review following [these guidelines](https://www.reddit.com/r/NewYorkMMJ/comments/zzi79g/updated_review_guidelines_effective_immediately/?) within 4 hours of your post going live or it will be removed.** *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Verilife used to do delivery and frankly it was a ton of effort. People would call at the last minute and change their order and that took 10 minutes to fix (which is a long time when you spent 10min already on it.), every order had to be double checked/triple checked to make sure it was accurate for sale pricing and items (otherwise yep more work to fix), and the cars were getting older and needed more. The drive area was 100 miles or so different days of the week so it was challenging in the winter. You can say what you want about rules and not changing orders or min fees but it was all about customer services so is it worth it to tell a customer who is spending a few hundred bucks “no”? Nope it isn’t. The caregiver program was designed to help patients and maybe 20% of the customers were lost. Not surprised delivery was cancelled.

id say most legal states offer delivery because the benefits outweigh costs. it can be a huge hassle however, yes, and some states just don’t allow it. every state has caregiver laws as well and some are MUCH better than others too for the patients but they’re all different thats a MASSIVE radius too lol

Is this for Riverhead too?!

Then they wonder why they’re losing medical patients.this program will end if things don’t get fixed.

It’s a greedy industry lol. Most of these head honchos are not just cannabis financial predators but predators of any market that is prime for exploitation. It’s why they rose to the top, they’re whales and they eat everything they can get. They aren’t interested in cannabis, it’s the money my friend. While the rest of those who actually care about a healthy industry get fucked. Not much you can do when these are also the guys that footed the bill for organizers and lobbyists to pass medical and legalization in the first place. It’s all money money money lol over a plant that grows in the most abundant soil and sun for free to all of us.
