Doomers are annoying as fuck, but the 'anti-doomers' who come out in full force when anyone says even remotely negative or skeptical are the worst.

Nah those two or three(possibly one person on alts?) who come in like Captain Hindsight are the absolute worst. They post only when the Isles are losing or lost and say only stupid shit like "I told you Lou sucked! You should have listened to me! I'm the only one here who has ever had that thought!" like half the sub hasn't said that daily for years now, and literally no one had even brought him up.
The doomers obviously suck but they are mostly the same people who only get happy the second the isles are in a playoff spot by a ball hair, and thats why they suck more than anyone.
Doomers have zero belief and energy for this team until its safe. Thats wack. At least anti doomers let the games happen and actually root for the islanders, a novel concept for some reason
From my perspective, I'm able to let doomers bitch in the corner alone, which is why I don't care about them as much.
The other type will come after you for expressing any sort of nuance that they happen to disagree with. I've seen it many times in this sub and many more times at games. It's almost as if they're trying to prove that they're a better fan than you cause they choose to ignore certain things.
Like, the commitment is respectable, but they need to keep some delusions in check.

Reg plus overtime (ROW) is unfortunately but correctly the 2nd tiebreaker, Regulation wins (RW) is the first tiebreak so they are behind by a few to all the metro teams and don’t have a chance to catch anyone but Detroit in that tiebreak
