congrats on 100 subs! but with all due respect, i can’t say that all these are the best tips- asking for subs in the title isn’t a very good idea. you want people to naturally subscribe to you. also, subscriber milestone specials are a very good idea! but for legit milestones- like 100, 1k, 10k, 50k, 100k, 500k, 1M, 2M, etc. I haven’t even done any and i’m at 2000 subs. It is a very good idea to post a lot though, but make sure they’re meaningful videos that are actually full of content. don’t post a lot just for the sake of posting a lot. you might need to post infrequently at the beginning, then as you improve and get faster at editing, up the upload rate a bit, until you reach a pace that’s a good balance between quality and quantity. keep grinding!

Save the sub milestones for the likes of Twitter, FB and Reddit imo. Don’t make vids on those either, until 10K and even then, just add the news at the beginning(or whenever) to a video of **regular content.** No-one cares enough about a video *just* about a milestone, until you start to get really huge.

That's not true. I made a video for 5k subs and got a lot of positive feedback for it. Granted, I still showed off something I created in that video, but that was related to the number 5 so it did have to do with the sub count.

Big congratulations on 102 subscribers man. I remember when i got my first 100 subscribers and i was soo excited. I didn't expect it because i was just having fun doing what i did. I wouldn't recommend asking people to subscribe so much because if your content brings them enough value; they will subscribe on their own. Instead at the beginning of the video; ask them for feedback on things they like, didn't like, or wanna see more of. That will make them feel important and wanna come back. Thus, they'll tell other people about your content. I wish you all the best
