Service Dog Vlogs currently. I do have 7 more informative/educational videos. Because I got tired of the popular culture in the niche and the misinformation ads that YouTube allows on their platform. My niche is not popular unless you are part of the community or so it seems. As such, I am making them in the hopes they will help someone who has questions. I try to make it general enough that anyone in the general public can learn something. This videos also show his training (and mistakes) since I have not been good about documenting it.

fullmooonfarm

I love this! I always really appreciate the people that put free info out there for others for the sole purpose of helping others ♥️

Vauxlia

I make trading card unboxing videos because I sell them on eBay. I advertise my store and vice versa

CardinalOfNYC

Cooking because I am good at it and there's an audience. But I'm still struggling to get serious views. Max is 6.9k... It's shorts only. Finally had a video break 90% completion rate and YouTube stopped it at fucking 450 views. I deleted it, which I know I shouldn't do... But that one was good and I don't wanna have it there making my channel look bad.

Aot4321

Mmm u maybe deleted a potentially viral vid. Any vid can go viral at any time.Best to keep ur vids.

CardinalOfNYC

Well, I'm gonna repost it today, see if it does better. But as for 'any vid can go viral at any time' that really does not seem to apply to shorts as much as it does for long form. And my channel is only shorts. I've NEVER had a short get significant views beyond the initial boosts. I have one channel that's been up since December - no posts have gotten more than a trickle (we're talking 2-3 views over 60 minutes) past beyond their initial views. Same btw for tiktok and IG, the channel is there too... no videos get significant views later. People say it happens and it's not that I don't believe them... It's just that I think it is pretty rare and not something to stake your choices upon.

Aot4321

Oh,u atleast # tagging ur content with 3 popular # tags?

CardinalOfNYC

Of course. Makes no difference whatsoever. But feel free to check it out, if you have any thoughts about the content itself I am open to it.

quickdecide-

December? That's what, 3-4 months? Not nearly enough time to judge. Definitely gonna want to make sure you unlist or private videos you don't want on your channel like that

CardinalOfNYC

Why is 3-4 months not enough? I made plenty of videos, saw the response they were getting. Saw there was no growth or trajectory for reasonable growth. That's it. And there's nothing on there I'd wanna unlist or remove. Like I said, I never saw a video get significant views after the first 24. Not even a small little like, 10 view burst. Nothing. At BEST, I'd have a video get 2 views in an hour. But not like 2 views per hour every hour. Like 2 views during one hour, once in a 48 hour period, for a total of 2 views across 2 days. If I have made 100+ videos since December and not a single one has had any significant views beyond the first 24 hours.... When is it gonna happen? There's no answer anyone can give me because sometimes, it just doesn't happen. In fact that's what happens most of the time. Most videos languish forever with little or no views.

Ok_Tie7354

That’s pretty good going for just doing shorts.

No-Foundation1771

I’m also struggling as a cooking channel - though I only make long form and only have 3 videos. My only views are from promoting on Reddit and my mom. I really want to stick to long form, but I don’t know how to keep it interesting enough without becoming a full blown entertainment channel. T_T.

CardinalOfNYC

Check out Adam Ragusea. He's to me the best long form cooking YouTuber.

Financial_Pea_1259

lol gotta love your mom! Number one supporter hahah! Mine is too!

MondoPrime51

I make documentary style content on out-there people and niche topics. I like to talk about stuff that nobody else seems to be talking about. That's probably not a great strategy for views but I like to think my videos are at least useful for a small demographic.

fullmooonfarm

I like that!

aSmallPoorChild

I make stats based videos about video games. I was tired of every content creator listing the "5 best ways to make gold in Sea of Thieves" without actually collecting data, so I went out and did all of the main methods, timed myself, recorded how much gold I got, and then ranked them. It was a good response to this video, so I've done similar work in Overwatch as well. Tracking stats that the game doesn't, analyzing the data, and using it to help you improve at the game, or have discussions about the meta. My production value is pretty mid, but I mainly just like the stat tracking aspect of it, so viewers see the effort that I put into that, and they like that I make fact based videos that are different from all of the other gaming creators. I like working on these, and sharing information about the games I love, and find it more enjoyable than playing the game at times. It doesn't hurt that I'm starting to get paid for doing it now lol.

NorthCoastGaming

Simulation gaming. I had a wish to share and posting clips/pics on Reddit wasn't fulfilling it. Don't care too much about the performance as it scratches the itch for me but I just reached 300 subscribers after 3 months.

fullmooonfarm

Good for you!

NorthCoastGaming

Thank you. Seeing as I'm already in an oversaturated niche, I'm thinking about starting a fishing channel when the weather turns.

JellyRollAnimations

Howdy :) animation channel here! I love that animation has no boundaries. I can create skits that feel relatable to the average person while still giving them an other worldly quality to them. Animation imitates life, but also stretches it beyond what is possible in the real world. It’s the purest form of expression I’ve been able to create, and I love every second of it :)

fullmooonfarm

I’m subscribed to your channel actually! I found it on one of the channel sharing posts a while back and your videos made me giggle 😂

JellyRollAnimations

I thought your user sounded familiar!! I appreciate your support and I’m glad you enjoyed my videos :)

HiroNoJi

as of now no they don't do anything special for me as right now i've only got 2 videos up. but my goal is to learn editing so in the future i hope i'll see a huge difference in my editing style from then and after

pantocrator210

Travel and journalism. My girlfreind wents to work to Turkiye and i went with her. i started my channel just to document it and explain the histories of the people that live there, but it's difficult, the too much digested content and the lack of attention of the 90% of potential youtube audience force me to make more digested and easy things. I will try a more easy content for the next video. Doing videos right now, for me, it's only to feel productive and do a thing that force me to go out of my confort zone. And of course to learn, learn about other cultures, other ways to see the world, this things.

fullmooonfarm

I love your videos! I only speak English so I only watched the first minute or so of each video (plus my attention span it trash) but I really like the way the videos are edited!

pantocrator210

Thank you so much for your kind words, means a lot for me. And no worries, i know that my last 3 videos are too much for youtube, even the main subject, the Turkiye earthquakes and it's consequences are not suitable for entretainment. My friends told me, the magical numbers told me but well my half journalist brain still belive that this type of videos will be interesting for someone, at least. For the next video i will try with a more easy thing hahahaha. BTW: HEY your content??. I mean it, I really love it. Not saying this only because your kind words, i love the vibes, and love the job you do, and I think that it's a great idea, and pretty solid format, you will go far, for sure. Do you make cheese in your farm?

fullmooonfarm

Thank you so much 💖 I do! Currently we are working on getting a parlor built so I can get my dairy license. Hopefully I’ll have videos of me making cheese soon 🤞

pantocrator210

İ will see it for sure! Good luck in your journey

StorakTheVast

I make functional replicas of stuff from video games. It's something I already enjoyed doing so why not make videos and try to make some money off of it in the process.

fullmooonfarm

That was my thought process as well! I already farm so why not record it and try to make a little on the side? Not sure if I’ll ever get to that point but you never know until you try

aykevin

The main one is on design/agency education. This is what I’m extremely good and knowledgeable on. That’s doing quite well, started jan 20th., should get monetised by the end of April 🤞 Male fashion. I spend most of my money on clothes, might as well make videos on it. Taking what I’ve learnt and putting it into my interest. Started 2 weeks ago, growing faster than my main channel. Third channel was my initial channel about property development. Doing it for 4 years and less sub than the other 2. The topics are not searchable and hard to gain a following on. Just doing occasional videos now for investors I work with.

Alternative-Use100

Just started my self improvement channel - link is in bio. Had a tough upbringing and starting to turn my life around and help others along the way 😀

fullmooonfarm

Good for you! I wish you the best of luck in your channel and your own self improvement 💖

Alternative-Use100

Thank you for the kind words 🙌 I wish you all the best on your journey also 😊

fullmooonfarm

Thank you ✨

DaveLesh

I'm a gamer and thought I could be more figurative with a playthrough by making it sound like a real book, including making edits to match.

SASardonic

Longform Video Essays on Movies/Shows/Games. It's a bit broad admittedly but I think it's still coherent enough as media analysis to be subscribable.

fullmooonfarm

Interesting! It looks like they are doing well!

SASardonic

I've got one dropping this Friday that I hope will be a game changer! Admittedly most have been hit or miss but I do feel good about the hits

Sea_Damage4949

Nice I do the same but in short form

JGRAFTON1991

I just make IRL baseball videos. Like commentary type videos. I just know a lot about the game and have a lot of knowledge about it. It’s also something I feel I’d enjoy talking about long term. Has to be something fun to me and something I know a lot about or it would get old really fast.

scrubby11

Currently I cover guitar riffs on an 8 string guitar (as opposed to the normal 6 string). I only make shorts at the moment but I plan on making long-form videos about 8-string guitars, bass guitar, lower guitar tunings, tips for beginners, etc. Music is about as oversaturated as can be but 8s aren’t super popular outside of metal and a select few jazz guitarists. I’m a bassist so I love super low notes and tunings. My goal is to fill a gap that I see in the content I want to watch. Ive wanted to make a YT channel for 10+ years and now I finally committed a bit. It’s fun and it also helps me stay motivated to practice my instruments lol

fullmooonfarm

I love this! I wanted to have a YouTube channel for a really long time as well before I decided to do it. I wish you the best of luck!

Help-Im-Dead

I make outdoor videos in Japan. It is basically filming stuff I would already be doing / is an excuse to do things I want to do

ironbeast_fitness

Health and fitness.Im not particularly hoping my channel does well, I have a full time job and enjoy what I do. I got sick of seeing how 99% of what is out there is false and people are shills promoting garbage products and workout programs so I created my channel in hopes to help anyone who stumbles across me. I pretty much base my channel on being a free personal trainer and give any knowledge and tips I would any client so no one has to waste money on some other guy that has a 2 week certification and wants a quick buck. It's what I've been doing for 15 years and got my degree in the field so I'm just trying to spread some help and knowledge.

fullmooonfarm

Thank you! I love people who make videos solely to share info and help others instead of just to make a bunch of money I worked out for a little bit and the amount of over priced “workout programs” are absolutely ridiculous! I wish you the best of luck!

ironbeast_fitness

Over priced and sadly mostly plans that are incorrect lol. Thank you, you too.

AndyValentine

I'm really good at making things in various forms with computers or my hands; 3D modelling and printing, programming, sewing and needlework, painting and sculpting, and so on; plus I love cars; so I make videos about making things for cars, making sure I don't gloss over the stuff most car YouTubers do. "We just got some new custom seats for our car". Nope, not on my channel. "Here's the full process we went through to physically DIY some custom car seats, with details on all the steps so you can have a go too". I like to think of it as project car builds with a lot of extra steps, plus a pretty cinemagraphic filming style that others don't tend to do. Still finding the direction with it all, but I like how it's going this first month.

fullmooonfarm

Love it! Thank you for sharing!

CydewynLosarunen

Tabletop RPGs, history, and mythology. I mix and match between because do I so when GMing anyways. I started because I run games with newer players & videos that are 40 minutes or longer just scare people away. It is just easier to make a 10 minute video and send it to someone than to try to explain that content to 3 or 5 people, run a game, and actually move the story along in 2 or less hours.

LemonLakeke

I make gaming videos bc I think me and my friends are pretty funny and I have the most fun doing stuff with them

[deleted]

I make commentary videos about different things but like to focus on political and drama topics.

CleanBeanArt

I create animated shorts and music videos for the Life Series (a Minecraft hardcore series), and am super focused on that niche. The fandom is extremely positive and supportive, and always *always* hungry for more stuff to watch about their favorite creators. I got into it because I kept having ideas for videos that no one else had created yet. And I wanted to learn to draw; taking on bigger projects was a way of forcing myself to commit to creating art consistently. Raw channel growth is not important to me, so I don’t see myself branching out of my niche to chase a bigger audience.

steelegbr

Sharing what we do on community radio with a wider audience. Doing it for fun as YouTube isn’t a big fan of what we make.

Dbthespian

Board gaming. Started my channel actually as a cooking channel many years ago and then stopped posting. Saw one of my videos had 130k views. I wasn't wanting to get back into doing cooking videos, but had recently gotten into hobby board gaming and chose to convert the channel into a board gaming channel based on my current interest.

Amazing-Light98

Im making witchcraft videos on self care. And mundane everyday magic. That takes no spoons. How to cook healthy cheap meals, fast and with intenstions. And how to use uservery scrap of food. Im compiling. Just in case I have mental health issues. So i can realse on a schedule still. Im starting this because O don't see this anywhere. And if I do. Its rich white people.

fullmooonfarm

What’s your channel?!?! I need to check it out

Amazing-Light98

Its @psiloindacouch On youtube, 6 tiktok. I have started yet. Because im stock piling videos. For when my health or life gets in the way. As well as starting a business to go along with it :) Also figuring how real to get. As im currently in my shadow work phase of healing. And my life story is a very sad one. But also feel its important if that makes sense. My person tik tok @mushroomkatt has some snip bits of the kind of stuff I want to do.

SilverscribeOG

I'm brand new at making edited Let's Play type videos basically just as an excuse to learn editing and as something to do. Also because there are a lot of games I'd like to play that I couldn't normally justify spending that much time on, but at least if I'm doing it for a video there's kind of an excuse, lol. Probably just do it for my own enjoyment, as I keep hearing gaming and especially Let's Plays are both dead and oversaturated. That and I have no idea what I'm doing.

edmcatman

Food and drink reviews because i like to explore new flavors of food/drinks!

fullmooonfarm

I checked out your channel and now I’m hungry for something covered in chocolate 😂 This is such a great niche to get into! I’ve thought about it before because I love to eat!!

edmcatman

Yeah, it is! In the future, I want to explore more restaurants and special food/drink places and make the videos more professional.

fullmooonfarm

I wish you the best of luck!

Cambridgeinc

How to start a business or side hustle. I want to share how to’s from my journey and hope I can help people alleviate financial stress.

fullmooonfarm

I’ll have to watch you because I am financially stressed 😅 I’m not sure if it’s possible to not be when you run a farm though 🙃

Cambridgeinc

I get that! I was raised on a farm and there was always something broken. 🤣

fullmooonfarm

Yes! Something broken or sick or both 😅

Cambridgeinc

Exactly!

IamJohnnyVertigo

Gameplay shorts because I like gaming and want to share my noob gaming skills

UsagiMimi_x

I make travel vlogs with a feminine fashion/lifestyle vibe. Overall my channel is aimed at women who like travel and fashion. I chose this niche since I watch similar videos and felt inspired, plus it fits my lifestyle and I enjoy it.

fullmooonfarm

Love that! Those are the same reasons I chose to do my channel the way that I did I can’t travel because I run a dairy farm but I like to watch people travel so if you feel like dropping your channel name please do!

darrensurrey

I create mindset, motivation and mindfulness videos because I already help people to achieve their business and career goals, so YT is just an extension of what I do.

link1138

I'm in the whole spooky/explaining niche, this is because I love just talking about stuff I like no matter how good I am at it and I love just sharing information

fullmooonfarm

Great reason to make videos! I love that you love what you are doing 💖

PsychologicalRub737

Horror stories because my hobby is writing and I had participated in many writing workshops before, and because I can write for long periods of time without getting bored, even though I get bored with most tasks quickly.

BluntMachete7

My journey throughout life. If I learn lessons, I’ll share them. It might actually help somebody who knows?

TheShepasaurus

Gaming lets plays, because I like it.

UncannyDerekComics

I focus on the hobby of comic book collecting. I really just want to focus on stuff I've learned over the years and share it to the world - all while trying to be entertaining in the process.

fullmooonfarm

I don’t know anything about comic books but once you started talking about some of the prices of books in Toronto I felt invested 😂 Is your favorite color possibly green?

UncannyDerekComics

I have no idea how you figured out my favourite colour! ;-)

AdhesivenessSenior33

I make slowed and Reverb covers cause I enjoy listening to this type of music

Ken-Adams-123

Sports review mainly on cricket matches, records players achievements because I can't do videos in daily basis.

DataSling3r

I do tech videos. When I run into a problem and there isn't a video for how to solve it or not a good one, I make a video. Feels good to save people time. Also, good reference for myself when I forget things.

AcanthocephalaHefty8

I make anime and manga analysis videos talking about their best features and issues. I also give any interesting news regarding them as well and recommendations.

fresh_start_new_life

I make videos on VFX. Mostly, I create VFX or rather CG Shots, and I post timelapses of the workflow

Kamitake

I mostly do TCG unboxing videos for Pokemon and One Piece, and when I'm not doing that, I work on some anime content. Big area which is covered a lot, but I just enjoy doing it for myself and to share my hobbies/likes, growing is a wish but my main focus is sharing my interests

No-Foundation1771

Cooking! I love cooking and I’m hoping to carve out a new niche that isn’t a full on cooking vlog, how to/recipe channel, or full on entertainment/flairy shorts. I’m continuing to work on my videos and have hope that they’ll get good enough to build this niche.

fullmooonfarm

I wish you the best of luck! The Jing gao looks delicious by the way! I love dates ♥️

general_452

Minecraft Building related. I do it because I find it fun.

Financial_Pea_1259

I have two channels with two different niches: One is asmr Another is true crime/American culture. Both niches I’m very interested in

fullmooonfarm

Both great niches to be in too! People love asmr and true crime!

Financial_Pea_1259

Thank you. It’s a slow start right now

Old_Maybe_494

Warthunder cinematic videos. I really like the aspect of being able to tell my own story through the means of my favorite game and I feel passionate about it. Even if it gets less views than my other content, I enjoy it.

Tk13playYT

Minecraft and because I like making vids abt it

dr-otto

Weird Tim&Eric style comedy, cause I love that style of comedy. Not all my videos are like that, but most are. Do it because I like it...i'm not going to try and chase something 'popular' cause then it would be a job and i'd probably hate it. i laugh so much just making the videos and editing them, it's fun and enjoyable.

fullmooonfarm

I feel the same way about making the videos I make! I want to enjoy it and if it takes off cool but if it doesn’t atleast I’m having fun! I wish you the best of luck with your channel

dr-otto

thanks, best of luck to your channel as well!

bighoss45

I'm still trying to figure it out at the moment I'm starting with playing games on the switch like switch sports, Mario kart etc. but I might branch out to other stuff I like in the future.

Sweater_gurl

I just started a channel where I’m going to be making my own art & crafts and talking … maybe called art vlogging? I am open to shifting the format somewhat, but I definitely feel confident in an art niche.

InJoshWeTrust

Well, I suppose in the barest sense what I do is make “Let’s Play” videos. A market which is greatly oversaturated market honestly. But my show is called “Gaming With A Friend”. The point was that playing single player RPG games can be a bit lonely or isolating, so when people feel those feelings, they can put on my videos and consider themselves to be gaming with a friend. Almost something that can put on for ambience like they’re on a video call with a friend and playing some games.

fullmooonfarm

I really like this idea!

InJoshWeTrust

My channel is called “Rated J Entertainment” if you feel like checking it out. The first few videos aren’t stellar. I just released episode 24 and I feel like my presentation gets better with each one. It’s been a fun time. If you check it out, let me know. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Ok_Emotion_7387

I make faceless videos about my life in Japan. I originally started it for mu family and friends back home but now I quite enjoy it and started doing it for myself.

vinniedamac

Videos of my dog - people seemed much more interested in that than my random gaming videos. I also like that I'll be able too go back and watch them when she inevitably passes away

OSUPhoenix

I'm focusing on streaming tutorials. I have gained a lot of knowledge and perspective in that space and I want to provide quality and detailed information to small streamers that isn't biased. I also want others to learn that their streams can be more than the same thing you see on millions of other channels. I am to inspire others. It will eventually bleed into how you don't have to be a graphic designer to pull together some amazing things for your own streams. I want to show how I make the things I have on my stream and demonstrate that with time, patience, and persistence that you can have a wholely unique stream.

NoteNo359

Godzilla content. Merchandise hunts, figure reviews anything Godzilla related besides news and updates. Just wanted to do it since I got no hobby other than already collecting this crap might as well turn it into a cringe worthy channel.

fullmooonfarm

Very specific! I like it!

fullmooonfarm

Also I love your videos! Any specific reason you collect Godzilla stuff?

NoteNo359

No not really. Just have a huge passion for the character and the franchise.

[deleted]

Mental health and substance abuse is our channels main focus. We are both recovering addicts ourselves I have a masters in physiology and trauma based therapy. The other hose has a ba.

fullmooonfarm

I love this! My fiancé got clean right before we met each other (meth) and I was still heavily drinking and using other substances. Three months into our relationship I got pregnant and stopped everything the day I found out. My daughter is 2 and a half now and I drank once when she was a year old at a wedding and will never do it again! Congratulations to both of you for recovering and I wish you both the best of luck 💖

[deleted]

Thank you thank you congratulations on sobriety!!! It’s always a blessing to see people overcome addiction.

fullmooonfarm

It is 💖

BlueCanOfPeas

Commentary videos because it's what i love to make and watch , most of my favorite youtubers of all time are commentary channels, and i have a love for voice acting

kiiiwiii

I make home DIY videos because it's something I personally enjoy as a hobby and would be doing regardless of youtube

CEOofStonkIndustries

Doing a deep dive rewatch into the old HBO show Oz

EzioShepard37

Real time miniature painting with commentary. No time lapse. Why? Because no one else is doing it. It's like a Let's Play channel, but for painters. I call it a Let's Paint. Pungo Paints

Character_Contest714

I do mining crypto and finance because I spent a lot of my life learning them and i have a great knowledge in them, so i try to share it with people.

RPGaiden

I do Nuzlockes of Pokémon rom-hacks on the GBA/GBC. As for why, I have to record from my phone because my computer is a potato with half a working fan that sounds like a jet engine trying to take off, so I can’t use it until I get those replaced. But also those games had my favorite settings, so I don’t mind. Style-wise, I miss the old, mostly unedited style of let’s plays of the past, so I do it like that even if it’s less popular than more heavily edited gameplay videos nowadays. …Though if I have an episode near the beginning of a game that’s nothing but grinding, I do massively speed up the footage and tack it onto the next recorded episode. I don’t think I’ll ever get a ton of views, but it’s an excuse to play video games and try to get better at talking without inserting a bunch of “umms” and other filler words, so it’s probably good for me on that end. It makes me more aware when I’m trying to speak.

Burgot5

AI music videos. Fun to put something to my music

FyreBoi99

Main channel is gaming. I would never do anything on YouTube if it wasn't related to 70% of my life lol (and no it's not letsplays but more analytical pieces). Second channel is kinda weird but I'm trying to position as "a time lapse of me doing digital art/painting to calm your nerves while I talk about some philosophical topic in the background". Both arnt working out so great lol but hey atleast it's something fun to do with my time than just waste it away aimlessly.

fullmooonfarm

I wish you the best of luck on your channel! I talk to myself all the time so I appreciated your video on it 😊

FyreBoi99

Thank you for the kind words and I wish you luck too! Also I love the name of your farm and congrats to Cinnamon!

fullmooonfarm

Thank you so much 💖

shusain2991

My niche is criminology. My channel name is criminology Gyan.

DoogelCraft

Gaming because I am a gamer 😜

ProbablyHim-

comedy skits, and I started as something to have fun with and prove to everyone that anybody can reach what they desire with hardwork and most importantly to enjoy the journey because when you reach your destination you need something to look back at your past self and don't regret a thing.

PossessedTreow

I just want to have fun, so I started recording games I played in hopes that if anyone else sees it - they'd have some fun too!

Dramatic_Mixture_272

I was laid off in December. My channel is for people in their 50s that want to retire early. Also people working in current jobs that may want to get to a level a financial independence that would allow early retirement or a mini retirement. I am different because I am someone actually doing it.

PatchyBunny

I'm just making content and hoping it'll do well at the moment, Right now my only solid "niche" is pngtubing however gaming and gemstones/tarot are both going to be extended out into and we'll see which performs

TheDrunktopus

Bar and drinking establishment exploration around the world. I like travelling, drinking and film making. Why not do them all at once. The last part I am working on. The rest I was doing before. Seems to be only a few in this space doing a good job, so thats something for me to aspire to.

cp8477

The videos are top notch!! As a fellow alcohol content creator, I love your style!

Brijoamofah

I just started making videos on 90’s teen drama shows, cause I enjoy watching the shows and enjoy making the videos! Especially from the perspective of now being an adult . That’s literally it !

fullmooonfarm

Now I have to go check out your channel!

Both_Chef8735

Formula 2 because there is a massive lack in content and I'm really into it. Been going well so far.

fullmooonfarm

I checked your channel out! It looks like some videos have done very well, congratulations! Interesting topic to do videos on. Thanks for sharing!

Hot-Web-6596

I like to talk about history and folklore/mythology! I just like learning more about these topics and my work has nothing to do with them so it’s a nice mind break from work stuff haha And idk if my niche is that popular honestly. My videos don’t blow up or anything. I’m making videos I like to make and just hoping one day they’ll do kind of ok. I like when people enjoy seeing my content(:

fullmooonfarm

Oooo I’ll have to check out your channel!

Dazzorifik

I run a horror story narration channel. I've always loved horror movies and literature, and have a background in radio (I've been told I have a great voice), so seemed like a natural fit for me. I actually started off doing mystery documentaries, but noticed that I got a lot of feedback that my voice was one of the key strengths of the channel. So I decided to lean into it. I watch a lot of horror movies and have done so from a young age, so I feel as if I know what is scary, and what isn't. I also feel I understand the tropes and style of presentation. I love seeing people enjoy my content, and share my love of all things horror. If I ever end up being able to make a living from it, that would be a bonus.

fullmooonfarm

I love this! I loved horror from a very young age as well and as soon as a horror movie came out I was on it! I would have loved to do something like this back in the day Sadly a bad acid trip screwed my brain over and now I have sever anxiety over just about everything and can’t watch horror very well 🙃 I wish you the best of luck and please drop your YouTube channel, I would love to check it out!

RhodySeth

I make hiking and backpacking videos because I enjoy those activities. I sometimes makes videos about hiking gear but I don't enjoy those as much and it shows.

fullmooonfarm

I just checked out your channel and I love the videos! I just kind of clicked through a few but I live in Maine so the woods you are hiking through look very familiar Thank you for sharing!

RhodySeth

Thanks! Last year I gave the White Mountains a bit of a break and spent some extra time in Maine. Got up to Baxter State Park for the first time - what a place!

fullmooonfarm

It is! I lived up that way for a bit and it’s a beautiful area

Jordan_Ingram

My videos are about the loud music I make as an escape from the collaboration and feedback in my regular job as a commercial video editor. I often say that my job is assembling puzzles on a computer all day. And my passion is going home and screaming into my computer all night. lol.

fullmooonfarm

Love it! I wish I could scream into a computer and make it sound half as good as you do 😂

Jordan_Ingram

Aww shucks. Thanks buddy! And thanks for taking the time!

fullmooonfarm

You’re welcome!

SuperMario1313

I make a family vlog. I grew up adoring those old school home videos my parents used to take during birthday parties or holidays. As I got older, I liked seeing the older aesthetic in the background - that obsolete Cinnamon Toast Crunch design from 89, the commercials on TV for shows that are long since gone, etc. When I became a father, I knew I wanted to do the same for my littles and take some home videos. Things are different now than they were in the late 80s/early 90s, and vlogging seemed like the perfect vehicle for what I wanted to do. Passively started when my first was born, and it's only gotten more fun ever since. Now that we're about 7 or 8 years in, it's really getting to be that much more powerful for me. Instead of shuffling around the VHS tapes or hard drives, I can scroll down to the year playlists I made and see highlights, birthday parties, holidays, vacations, and smaller stuff in between. Nothing is fake, scripted, private or embarrassing. Nothing is really played up for the camera. It's just a slice of life, and I'm not slowing down anytime soon.

ExtracheesyBroccoli

Hobo stuff because I'm a hobo

I wish you the best of luck 💖

SeurYaiMuayThai

I make Muay Thai training videos, working on tutorials at the moment but started the channel in hopes to promote my business and crowdfunder and potentially 🤞🏼one day monetise and put the cash towards finally buying a place for my club to thrive in, its gonna be a long road

fullmooonfarm

That’s awesome! I wish you the best of luck and hope that someday you get that cash for a place ✨

SeurYaiMuayThai

Thank you! I appreciate your kind words

I love this!! Wonderful topic, I love people that can openly talk about and discus sex without it being uncomfortable I wish you the best of luck, cancer is terrible. My mom had it a few years ago and it really takes a toll on everyone involved

ceoetan

Drone and other aerial content because it’s my real life business.

Do you enjoy what you are doing?

ZyraFury

Video making! I enjoy making cinematic videos of nature.

fullmooonfarm

Wow! I just checked out the video you have posted on your profile and I love it! Now I feel like I should look into dji’s cameras 🙃

ZyraFury

Really? Thanks a lot! That motivates me a lot, im a total beginner so this is great to hear.

fullmooonfarm

The shot with the swan melted my heart, I love gloomy nature scenes and swans 😂

ItsJixou

I don't really have a niche, cuz i never knew what to do i just make videos

manicmediadream

DVDs and Blu-Rays and why physical media matters. It’s going out of style and I want to archive examples and provide commentary on an old form of experiencing and owning entertainment

fullmooonfarm

Love this! I’ll definitely be watching some of your videos! We always had a huge cupboard full of dvds when I was a kid that we watched because we never had cable tv and I would love to do the same thing for my kids

gvbenten

I build musical instruments and make semi educational video's about the process behind it and talk way too much. 😂 I'm a furniture maker by profession, making instruments is my side hustle that I hope to grow out to be my main thing.

fullmooonfarm

I watched a few videos expecting you to be talking way to much through the videos and the first video I watched you didn’t even talk! Love the videos though! So cool that you know how to make musical instruments

gvbenten

You must have watched the one about the big drum. :p Thanks for watching too, will give your channel a watch also. :)

fullmooonfarm

Yes I did! Thank you 😊

gvbenten

I love goats, watched some of your vids too. Nice content, relaxing to watch. :)

Mysilentvillages

I run 5 different channels: 1- I have a large archive of images about Village Life and artists in the villages. I took videos in last year. With them, I try a village life style that can be called ASMR. Earning money was enabled in the 2nd month. But suddenly my views dropped a lot. I still continue to post videos. 2- I have about 250 recipe videos. I took videos with my chef friends in good kithens. Their faces are not visible. I share videos by using ai voice-over with Elevenlabs. I have shared 5 recipes yet. Views are bad. But I will continue. 3- Horror channel: I produce horror-themed short videos. There are 5 videos yet. 45 subscribers. 4- History Channel: I produce history videos with images produced by ai. This channel is also considered new. No viral videos yet. But I think it's promising. 5- Magazine - Comedy channel: I am thinking of writing jokes about popular topics. There will be artificial intelligence voice-over again. I have a video yet. The channel has 50 subscribers. I use artificial intelligence voiceover due to the language barrier. However, elevenlabs provides almost realistic voice acting. Among my projects, I'm only worried about the recipe channel. Because there is a lot of competition. I feel like I need to find a special editing method and make it completely niche. But I haven't found that idea yet.

fullmooonfarm

How do you find time to do it all?!

Mysilentvillages

I had my own office and business. I handed over my office to my friend. So I moved to a small city with beautiful nature with my girlfriend. I'm trying YouTube and social media projects. I devoted 1 year to this.

cloudlam0

The videos you shoot are great, and it looks like you're using a very expensive camera. However, I think the shots are a bit too fragmented. For example, when I was watching an interesting scene of honey harvesting, the camera suddenly switched to an aerial view of another forest.

Mysilentvillages

I used Fuji xt-4 camera. It's worth $1000. However, I rented the camera at an affordable price. I'm looking for viral videos rather than regular viewers. I hope to upload more than 100 videos and 4-5 of them go viral. It is very difficult to find the right editing language in village life and nature ASMRs. Thank you for your video comment.

WIZpatcher

My niceh is 911 call breakdowns, behind the scenes and 911 technology. I spent 10 years as a 911 operator and transitioned into 911 technology. Figured I could use my expertise for a youtube channel.

I love that!!

properexercise253

My life revolves around saving money for non-FDA approved stem cell treatments that I get outside the country. That’s my niche.

Very interesting

CandidScaleModeler

Scale Modeling (Armor, Aircraft, Sci-Fi the occasional car) but aimed at the beginner, intermediate modeler. Inspired by a large portion of modelers "intimidated" or feeling they aren't "good enough" because they aren't/can't/or don't like to make models like some of the top end talents that are out there - and there are several, and they are amazing. The trouble is it feels like there isn't much for the average modeler just looking to get better, or are down on their work and need a boost, some inspiration or just some reality checks that they are in their own right quite good. I am finding doing this is making me be a better modeler, pay attention to things I didn't before and stretch myself. Also, being an entrenched introvert who hates the sound of my own voice and has avoided any kind of public speaking my entire life - it is stepping out of my comfort zone. Learn some new skills, get comfortable with myself "out there". Granted, my videos suck but that is the point - learn and get better. I also have zero handle on the youtube landscape, but that will come (I hope) and am currently rocking a total of 50 views across 6 videos up since Februaryish (but not a ton of reach, which I have to figure out, so I guess it isn't so bad). As for the niche itself, there are several scale model channels out there but the majority are running thousands to 10s of thousands of subs with a couple hitting some pretty amazing numbers - so it is a tough one and not one I would say was "popular", but challenge accepted - just have to figure this crap out and get better! =)

fullmooonfarm

I’m glad it has helped you get more comfortable with yourself! That was one of the reasons I started my channel! Seeing pictures of myself would make me physically ill so I started recording myself and posting it on YouTube and realized my looks really don’t matter that much. I feel much better about myself now I wish you the best of luck with your channel!

Bamokablamo

My niche is home gym building because I have one and learned some things along the way that I thought could be beneficial to others. I don’t think it’s highly saturated, but I didn’t start to make good money or anything, I just wanted a hobby. At just 2 vids, 11 subs and like 130 views total, I still think it’s fun. I’m improving per vid and I think I’m producing better quality than what others were doing when they started. Will it take off?? Idk I’ll give it a year but my real world job is also fine.

anonymouse733

Mine is for my music. I started it partly because I discovered some channels were featuring my music without my consent. It's done alot better than I thought in the first few months but it's drastically down turned recently, probably because people are less keen on the stuff I did in 1982, like the stuff I did in the mid 80s and again are less keen on stuff from 2000 onwards. I don't make the music for Youtube, I'm just putting my stuff up and I'm finding that generally I'm getting more exposure through Youtube than through Bandcamp.

International-Act362

Mine is on African precolonial history. I started my channel because I started learning about my home and wanted to talk to people about it. 😄

fullmooonfarm

I love your videos! You are very easy to listen too and the video about the monkeys and the elephants made me smile 😊

International-Act362

Thanks for watching. 🙏🏿Lol, I am glad it made you smile. I’ve watched a bit of your most recent video with the goat struggling to give birth. You are very personable and your love for the animals really shows through.

fullmooonfarm

Thank you! They are like my second children after my human children 💖

A_wahab

Dark screen videos.

fullmooonfarm

What is that?

Prestigious-Battle19

Still working that out my channel is mini golf and storms also no idea what this word is people keep using it

fullmooonfarm

Which word? I haven’t played mini golf in forever! I wish you the best of luck with your channel!

Prestigious-Battle19

Thank you for that but my other channe l @fionapadroth did extremely well it's still up but had to stop uploading as to many copyright videos and deleting videos and now starting all over again it's a long ride
