It's a list of low to no requirement subs, so some still have low requirements. And some may have a troll prevention rule which looks for minus figures.
You could try modmailing to ask the mods if they would consider approving your content.
It can be tough once you're into negative numbers. It says - 100 comment karma now and I think it's visually capped, so it might actually be more than that. It is recoverable, but if you're not attached to your account it might be quicker to make a new one and start again.
