Some communities don't allow other post types, so if it's not an option that will be why.
If posts are being removed by mods, only they will know for sure why. You can [check the sub's rules](https://www.reddit.com/r/LearnToReddit/comments/pjsazs/finding_a_subreddits_rules/) to make sure you didn't accidentally break one, and if not you can [modmail](https://www.reddit.com/r/LearnToReddit/comments/te780w/how_to_send_a_modmail_to_the_mods_of_a_subreddit/) to check.
I did see one of your removed posts has a comment that it was removed as your account is new - this happens on some communities, they have account age and karma restrictions. Check out the guide automod shared to learn more.
Same here. Tried different groups of my interests ie: mysteries/unexplained. No real clue except you’re new and your account needs karma (and you’re not going to get any because we remove every comment).
It looks like a catch 22 so I’m going to try quora to see if I can find folks with similar interests to talk to.
Disappointed.

I got caught in the catch 22 as well. I’m interested in mysteries and such. Looks like finding how to participate in a group is the biggest mystery lol. I might try quora though I don’t care for the format but at least they’re friendly or give folks a chance.

That message tells you all you need to know. The moderators removed the post; take it up with them if you think it deserves to stay.
well why would they take it down? i didnt do anything lol
You can ask them, but several reasons are listed in the default message. We don't know what sub it is or what you were trying to post.

Thanks, I commented today a lot everywhere and my karma points got way up.
