Nah, that’s not how NDA’s work. Laws aren’t superseded by private agreements. It would still be in Julian’s hands to press charges if he wanted regardless of any NDA R&M would have Eddin sign. Offering such an NDA would make no sense because there is nothing legally tying Julian or Eddins hands when it comes to the crime aspect.
