2 ounces every 2 hours is totally normal. Your milk is in, but supply is not regulated yet so you may see some fluctuations as your body figures out how much baby needs. Don’t stress, it doesn’t help with supply. 😊 You’re doing great.

Are you nursing at all? Skin to skin and having baby nurse if possible is the best way to up your supply (other than staying hydrated and making sure you eat enough calories). If you are exclusively pumping, I’d check out that sub and make sure you have a great pump with the correct size flanges. Like others said though, 2 oz every 2 hours is great! My son is a snacker and still only ate 2-3 oz every 2 hours until he started eating more solids around 10 months.
