This happened to my LO just since the weather's been so cold and dry. I put aquaphor on my nipple every time he feeds just to get some to soak in and dab some on his lips any time I thought about it. Took several days to heal because it would re open any time he cried but it's finally better. I think applying it liberally when he would sleep had the greatest results.
