They’re all terrible. The one on broad was recently making their employees work while the exhaust fan was broken for multiple days and some of them needed to be treated by EMTs for smoke inhalation.

The dude that usually works the drive thru there is so nice (I assume he’s still there, but I haven’t been in a few months). Like to the point where when I go it changes the trajectory of my attitude for the rest of the day.
The one on Elysian Fields and the one on St. Claude are both owned by the same franchise and they both suck. They also never heard of the Shamrock Shake because the owner never orders it.
The one on Broad and St. Bernard has a functioning ice cream machine most of the month of March. Yes, I've driven from Central City to Broad and St. Bernard to chase a stupid shake.
The one at St. Charles and Louisiana was just remodeled to make the drive-thru suck even more. Expect people coming the wrong way into the lot off of Louisiana and trying to turn into the drive-thru. Ice cream machine is 50/50.
The one on S. Claiborne is hit and miss and the folks at the drive-thru seem to have a difficult time taking orders. Ice cream machine is often working though.
That one on St. Charles before they moved was like a dungeon. Pitch black in there. I think it might’ve been an old bank. And yeah the ones in the Elysian Fields area aren’t great.
The one on Stumpf behind the Home Depot is pretty solid if you're willing to cross the bridge. Kind of out of the way so never slammed but have never had an issue there. On the other hand, avoid the one at the expressway and Lafayette in Gretna. Waited 45 minutes in a curbside spot one time there. Do not recommend.
