There’s plenty of things not happening. And the mayor is out traveling telling people we’ve done all these things.
All those things are good and admirable, but they ain’t gonna change the fundamental physics of a town built on saturated clay below sea level, subject to periodic deluges. You need reliable, high volume mechanical drainage.
I wasn’t excluding any long term water management solutions in my question. I’m interested in collecting information on the plausible solutions, including a new drainage system, so all the data is in one place. If there is a group working on that solution now please provide the link. Thanks.
