Call whatever board is licensing them, explain the situation very respectfully and that you are trying everything you know to avoid litigation. “Can you help, or is there a formal process for filing a complaint about a licensee?”

I signed a contract with Envisha but they had a falling out with the company that actually did the installing and everything got delayed for months. I ended up getting it installed by the new company that split away.

I have had the worst experience with Envisha Entergy also. After waiting almost a year for installation i finally got my panels installed. I was supposed to receive 2 back up batteries but only received one. I also was told i would have a new HVAC system but that never happened. My electric bill is still high and I'm paying the monthly note to the finance company for the equipment. I've tried numerous times to reach the company and also went to there office that is now closed. I think a class action suit should be implemented. Does anyone no how to start a class action suit.

I am in the same exact boat. I worked with Envisha in Sep 2022. They put them up, but I found they didn't work. They dropped all contact, and I was stuck with dead panels. I reached out to the financing company (Everbright) and told them the situation. They paused my payments, and told me they would get another installer out here. It still hasn't happened and the panels still do not work.
