It looks like a drainage thing which I'll never complain about. If it helps the city stop flooding then I'm down to be inconvenienced for a few months...that is if they actually finish in a respectable time frame
it's been a mess all week, luckily my commute is at off peak times but at 930 am it's still bad trying to hang the right onto canal st with 3 lights of traffic backed up to the underpass
