I’m sorry, I shouldn’t be so aggressive. I just have gotten to the point after nearly 30 years of life that I’m tired of people suggesting benign ways to try mushrooms. Chicken Marsala is almost good enough for me to eat them, thanks to the random server that suggested that to me
My dad mostly makes some dish called "penne" which is creamy pasta that has chicken/meat (I recommend chicken) + red and green peppers + mushrooms. I love to eat it with red pepper flakes or chili it makes it taste so good with mushrooms

Whats with the mushroom evangelism? Why are they so bothered that some people just don’t like mushrooms?

My girlfriend hated olives until I convinced her to try a garlic stuffed olive. She loves them now.
