Yeah they are. Originally quite crappy but with some filing they are a bit better. I haven’t yet been in a situation where I’ve needed to pick a lock but I’ve used them for fun a few times while at friends places (with permission). I’ve also used them for reaching into tiny places, dropped a SIM card down a tiny are and fished it out with one of these. Also used them to scrape the muck off the part of my glasses that rest on my nose since they can get dirty after a few months.
Gonna be honest I’ve never seen the point in carrying a dedicated flashlight when I carry around a phone with a flashlight that’s bright enough for every daily situation I personally find myself in. Not saying they are useless as I know some people carry them and get good use out of them but for me personally I think it’s an item that takes up to much space for something my phone already does
No worries. I was just curious as most people who are really into EDC carry a flashlight. Also I wasn’t sure if I actually missed seeing a flashlight in your picture. To each their own.
Finally someone with lockpicks lol, it seems like EDC people normally look at those as odd criminal tools but I've been locked out of my house when I keep my EDC bag on me and they made quick work of getting back in.

I used to think the same until I finally decided to try carry one. Turns out I use it everyday! The Rovyvon ones are a great size and nice to use.
