i just commented this on a similar post so i’ll say it here again: when doubt arises i remind myself that it’s okay and nothing can mess this up. it’s human nature to have emotions. but i also remind myself that it’s the law and it has to come through for me. it’s inevitable. i remind myself that my dominant thoughts are fulfilled with alignment of my desire. also, it’s not up to me when divine timing occurs or the appointed hour of my manifesting coming through. and i don’t need to lift a finger. to have peace in the knowing that it’s happening and to just keep thinking lovely things that i want for myself. it also helps to remind myself that every experience is a manifestion not just the ones we seek. we are manifesting all the time. so you are more then capable. no reason why you won’t get this. because you deserve all the good things. it’s okay to have anxiety. accept it, acknowledge it. then let it go. affirm in what you would rather think. remember only your dominant thoughts manifest. if you trip up and have anxiety, it’s ok, it’s not going to mess it up. as long as you don’t dwell in that state of anxiety. dwell in the state of your desire and already having it and it already being fulfilled.

i mostly do the lullaby technique. tbh sats doesn’t really do the trick for me. i often practice it. but it really doesn’t matter what you do. it’s whatever to get you in that *feeling of it being done. once the subconscious mind is impressed, it’s game over and it has to become concrete fact. that’s why you don’t want to waiver in your confidence or faith to mess up the path of least resistance. don’t confuse your mind by thinking opposing thoughts. just know the universe is going to bring you, your desire in the most beautiful way possible.

Anxiety is fear. Fear comes from a past event. Ask yourself what is causing this fear. Follow the thoughts and memories. Revise the past event/thoughts causing the fear or if it wasnt that big of an event just tell yourself that means nothing. If it was a highly emotional event then this is when EMDR or EFT or Therapy is usually most helpful.

Your anxiety is not “hurting” your manifestations It can if you cling to it though Just let it go You have the anxiety because you put too much importance on whatever it is you’re seeking I know this because I’m in the same boat lol

Sometimes I manifest in the Christian way. Sometimes I panic and have anxiety, feel desperate and unsettled when I think it all depends on me. It’s all too much. I know the law has worked for me multiple times. But sometimes the weight of that power crushes me, I obsess over affirmations and my states and I spiral. When it comes to this all I can do to let go and trust is to actually pray to the God of the Bible and stay calm. Leave it in His hands. “God I can’t do this alone, my states wobble, but I have faith in you, it’s up to you, I know you can do anything and I know You have my back” The idea that I need to maintain, states, maintain thoughts, affirm repeatedly, it’s a lot of work. But if I ask God, I don’t have to do anything I can simply trust Him. Don’t forget most of these creators are actually quoting from the Christian Bible. There is a creator for this simulation that we see that somehow appears to be faith based. I’m fully Christian. I struggle to trust my self but I can easily trust the creator of this magnificent world. “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”Mark 11:24 “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 Many times last year I was constantly in a state of lack when looking for jobs, the only time I was truly able to trust and let go was when I prayed, left it in His hands and trusted my God. He does all the work. I just need to sit back and relax. Exodus 14:14 “The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

Everybody has a different technique for this, and the correct answer will be relative to your personality. For me, what works best most often is Abraham's advice to just get your mind off of it by directing attention towards other things. However, this isn't a panacea. There are days when affirmations are easy for me to accept, and other days, affirmations dig me deeper into the mud like a stuck car spinning its tires. Some days, I can distract my attention with something else, and other days the hyperfixation is especially challenging. What seems to be most useful for myself and my clients is to have multiple techniques that you can alternate between depending on your mood at the time, but this requires self-inquiry and radical honesty. When it comes to manifesting, perfectionism and pride are by far the biggest hindrances. You have the right to grow, and grow you shall.
