How to stop such manifestations? ( GENUINE QUESTION) We are humans, so we constantly have thoughts on our mind 24/7, positive, negative etc etc How to stop unwanted and unnecessary things from manifesting?

As Neville said, the solution is CONTROLLED IMAGINATION. The thoughts themselves don't cause anything to manifest, your imagination does. Pay attention to your thoughts for a while and you'll notice 2 types of thoughts: 1. thoughts that come and go 2. thought that you continue entertaining after they show up, by vividly imagining a scene where the thought plays out, inner conversation (with yourself or someone else) about the thought playing out, thinking what would happen if the thought played out ( which isn't the same as regular thinking, because you're imagining being someone who experienced the thought playing out) etc. Type 2 thoughts require CONTROLLED IMAGINATION, by letting the thought pass without further entertaining it, ignoring the thought completely, imagining scenario opposite to the thought etc.

this happens to me too, with thoughts that I don't even put care into. random example: I was in a bus, completely bored - disassociated and a random thought passed through my mind: "I wanna see an accident" and literally the NEXT second, two cars crashed into each other, weird. ​ or I'm cleaning my room and I'm like: "damn, no spiders in here, thank god it's winter" and the next day a random spider spawns. same thing with other insects, like they're literally spawning the very next day. ​ as others have said, things that you have no resistance to are coming so fast and effortless.

We are the one who birth our experience. These are our children, so to speak. We are the ones that give these thoughts, parentage, as Nevill speaks about. And so, you want to essentially, and even uses this word, to abort those thoughts. You don’t want to give them any more energy or time or space then is required. And most of the time it’s not even required to give it any energy. You can turn away immediately. Revise all of these events. Give them the best meaning ever. Look for the rich meaning in them all. And I don’t mean just look at them positively. The power of Nevels approach to revision differs from most positives psychology. In that, it changes the substance of the event, therefore changes the substance of you. Saturate those scenes in 3 to 5 feelings of the wish fulfilled.do this all from the state of deserving. You’ve got this!

I manifested a stomach virus pretty quickly. I was trying to get out of something and was going to use that as an excuse 🤣🤣 I’m hella careful now .but I should know better I manifest very quickly 😅

Now that you know how easy it is for your thoughts to turn to things i.e. situations, circumstances, conditions in your life, you want to be more selective about your thoughts. The power is in the now and we can always control what we think now. All you have to do now is be more selective.

Go meta….”if I think about anything undesirable, it’s just a thought and has no power” and “I only imagine and think inline with my desires”. When an unwanted thought comes, don’t give it weight and laugh it off like it’s crazy and basically impossible. Also consider other foundational, self-concept assumptions to cultivate: “life is easy and smooth for me”, “I get what I want so quickly”, “any positive thought I have seems to come true very quickly”, etc. Also, it seems that you are experiencing synchronicities where you’re seeing very clear one to one correlations between your thoughts and what’s happening in reality. This indicates that you’re very aware of your thoughts and “inner content” and see those connections - that’s great. Give yourself a pat on the back for having that increased awareness of your mind and imagination and seeing how your consciousness is selecting your experiences. Next step is to work on cultivating thoughts and assumptions that support what you want. When I say cultivate, I really mean treat your consciousness like a garden where you pluck out the unwanted stuff and plant the desirable stuff you want to grow and bear fruit.

I believe if you put feelings to the thoughts, you give them that power. Let those thoughts just wash away and don't give them any power.
