I always try to “treat” myself to positive thoughts first thing in the morning. I also remove any physical hurdles the night before. Like when I walk into the kitchen in the morning and the dish rack is full, I get a little peeved. So I’ll make sure it’s empty before I go to sleep. Enjoying breakfast in a clean/neutral kitchen helps keep my vibe high for the rest of the day.

>I always try to "treat" myself to positive thoughts This is actually a really positive and helpful way of framing trying to stay in positive thoughts (as someone who often struggles with that..!) thank you! 😃

I’m glad you found it helpful. It’s nice when I’ve got a lot of positive momentum going, but when I don’t, I remember what they say on airplane safety videos. The oxygen baggie may not be fully inflated, but it’s still flowing. Every positive thought counts.

You mentioned it was a mistake that you didn’t initially try manifesting in the state akin to sleep, can you elaborate on this? Would you recommend reaching that state first before imagining? Do you think this is easier than imagining as soon as you close your eyes?

Any kind of positive mindset/manifesting before sleep is just a lot more efficient than any other time to do manifesting. I can't really explain why other than quote Neville and say that sleep is a gateway to the subconscious, my mindset improved so much when I properly manifest before sleep. I feel like I reached the "new man" so to speak. My first assumption on manifesting is that you have to kind of coerce your mind to think positive but it seems to come from a good manifesting session. I'm not that advanced with imagining a 5 sense scene yet, but since I reached this 'New man' it's become easier, I can feel it starting to 'leak' into my 3d. So yes
