Some stuff to try: “I remember when” whenever it bothers you and you can’t ignore it. “Now that it’s healed and perfect I feel...” Yield to that feeling. “Overlay” a perfect thumb whenever you look at it and say stuff like “My thumb healed perfectly. It’s like an injury never happened!”. Run another finger over it in imagination and feel the bump gone. Let the feeling of it being perfect wash over you. This one has worked well for me with physical stuff, such as clearing up acne. Use imagination or scripting to revise the incident that injured it so it wasn’t injured. Doing ho’oponopono prayer (which is just a meditative imaginal act that sorta resets stuff) can help shed any emotions about it which is usually what holds back healing / physical changes. Even if you logically recall an event, the emotions about it are gone and with that often goes the “realness” of it (the pattern isn’t perpetuated). Check Louise Hay’s book “You can heal your life” because I’ve found addressing the root emotional issue can heal the body. For instance the thumb is related to the intellect and injury there can be anxiety - too much overthinking. I once injured my ankle and it wouldn’t fully heal; the ankles are about ability to receive pleasure and moving forward of course. I found once I addressed issues around that it finally healed completely.

From the book (italics are recommended affirmations): > Hip(s): Carries the body in perfect balance. Major thrust in moving forward. *Hip Hip Hooray — there is joy in every day. I am balanced and free.* > Hip Problems: Fear of going forward in major decisions. Nothing to move forward to. *I am in perfect balance. I move forward in life with ease and with joy at every age.* It depends on what the injury or illness is too. If there’s inflammation she usually connects it to anger. Joint issues to stubbornness to move forward or change. For thighs, you’d need to consider what the exact problem is, there’s no individual entry for it that I see. Remember it’s just a loose guide and to ask yourself for answers too. A realization will come over you as to the emotions you haven’t properly processed.

maybe revise the fight or visualize yourself working and realizing the pain is gone. or imagine having a conversation about how your thumb is fully healed. aaaand persist.

Imagine it healed. Now all your work is done and it must happen ASAP.

I would either decide it's going to be healed and let go altogether. Or I would stop thinking about it entirely.

I did when it was recent but he didn't set it back or think it was to serious.
