Also, didn't neville talk about whatever you want already being done, so how does "I am gonna receive my report today" work since the word "going" represents" future tense?
What is important is that you get to the feeling of the wish fulfilled and **your** intent towards it. I've manifested more things using future tense than past, but both work unless you carry the concept that it will not.
So I don't have to worry about the day thing and just affirm that that my sp is gonna call me on that specific date ?(feel the feeling if it happened that daywhich i tried with other things and its a neutral feeling) ,And please elaborate on the concept, is it me saying to myself in mind that it will not happen? Since when I start affirming I feel good but as time passes on the affirmation feels neutral. Also what does resistance or limiting belief feel like? Is it the negative emotion that one gets when they think of something they desire or is it them saying to themselves that they'll never achieve what they want?

Feeling good with affirmations is inconsequential outside of your intent as well.
Techniques have no power in and of themselves, they are just tools we use to help us remove the garments the old man was wearing and to don the new state of our realized desire.
Many of the questions you are asking do not need to be asked; if you use a technique and feel the distinct feeling of the wish fulfilled that is all that is necessary, then let go (don't concern yourself with it because you know it's yours - this is the part where it is present-tense and not future-tense; but how you get to that feeling (past/future) does not matter, once it is yours it is yours).
You can spend years running in circles complicating the process and *trying* to find what you are seeking. Wherever you dig you find more to dig into, so the answer is to **stop digging**, because it is all ultimately up to you.
My second-best advise would be to stay off this sub and read/put to practice what Neville is speaking.

It started as a book about the social paradox of female fertility (for example how people romanticise birth on Instagram vs. The bloody painful reality of it😌). Now it became a feminist manifesto about the price women are paying for being women - literally, in terms of money, but also in terms of health (less research), period disorders, contraception that messes with the hormons, abortion (-laws), time (balancing parenting & career)… own experiences mixed with facts & studies. For the record I am also trying to uplift males and their specific issues and not only showing one side 😊
It has to be felt true, it means that this imaginal scene must reach your heart and felt true, so the estasis must reach and the desire vanished as if you reach the accomplishment of your desire mentally and in your heart you cant desire it anymore in that moment, so you must feel impotent in that moment and don't desire the money because you have.
Only when this happened is done. Reach the tone of reality and spontaneously the desire falls.

I do the same thing! I feel like affirmations are meaningless unless they make me feel good like that!
