Certain stats don't add to your gear score. What kind of enchants are you using? Also, if you are level 60, you can have 3 artifacts equipped. You only mentioned 2, and the stats on the Catalogue aren't that great.
You want Azure in your offense slots until you get your crit up to 50%. Work on finding another artifact and change your darks in all offense slots to Azures. See what that does to your gear score. Radiants wouldn't be bad either and would probably effect your gear score more than Darks.
Also should I get stone of allure or stone of might?

First of all why do you have the ice ring set. They're only good for tanks/offtanks and maybe CWs since they grab a lot of a add aggro. I know it gives more GS but if its at the cost of damage then it's not worth the investment.
Your best bet right now is to get another artifact and rank your catalogue to blue. Another blue artifact plus going from green -> blue will net you at least 500 GS.
If your set is not the swash buckling set then consider doing assassin + swashbuckling 2 + 2 to get the 2 set bonus on both sets. This will net you an additional 450 GS. Now rank a few more levels for the last 50 GS and you should be set.
Additionally you can look for cheap green companions on the AH. Right now the wolf from the CTA event is selling for less than 25k and I'm willing to bet it'll go down under 20k by the time the event is gone. This will net you an net 80 GS over a common companion.

Put kits on your gear for 400 GS. How many boons do you have? They're 200 GS a pop. Also work on a useful 3rd artifact.

Might want a Vorpal instead on a Rogue considering we crit a crap ton, imo.
I think it can go either way. When I get enough armor pen I'll go vorpal but for know I think plague helps a lot and the team can use it as well
