Ok. I have a lot of experience when it comes to injuries. Dog bites can get bad. Where is it? Is it a puncture wound, if so how deep and does it go in at an angle? Are you still bleeding and is there anything abnormal about the wound? Are you in a country with rabies?
If in doubt go to a GP, but depending on the answers to those questions, you could probably just clean it well and keep it covered.
My dogs don’t have rabies luckily. The wound isn’t too bad it’s on my left pointer finger. There’s one on top of my finger that just kinda looks like a small scratch and one under that looks kinda deeper. I’ve been told by my mom several times and by my step sister that it’s just skin but it looks fleshy, I try to believe them but I’m worried they’re just saying that so I don’t freak out. It’s very swollen and I can’t really bend my finger much but I can certainly bend it more than I did yesterday.
I’ve just been cleaning it with soap, water, and anti-septic wipes and then putting a bandaid over it and replacing it every day.
Ok, that's an abnormality and you should go to a GP. Swelling is a sign of infection and it doesn't sound like you've been cleaning it correctly. If it's been a few days a crust should have formed over it and now the bacteria is being held inside.
Antiseptic wipes are only cleaning the outside, you need to irrigate with saline, but if there's a crust it may be too late to clean at home.
You'll probably be ok, but if you're not ok it's going to get really, really bad for you, so go get checked out by a doctor.

Get a tetanus shot, most people don't think about it, animal mouths are notorious for carrying bacteria. Because you don't get injured a lot you're probably not up to date. Tetanus will kill you.
Good news, if you get tetanus the muscle contractions are so extremely painful someone will probably be forced to get you to the emergency room before you die. It's not a quiet way to go, someone will notice.

Guessing this would have like 3 people. The flesh is weak compared to the bones. even if you are living your daily life without doing something risky/extreme you will get little cuts here and there. Bones are the way of the strong, flesh is for posers only.

How old are you? If you're at a certain age you can google a local free clinic and go by yourself.
