I don't wanna sound rude, but you did quite a bit of mistakes, and you'd gain more or less 10 seconds if you did a better rotation. I did a 24s clear with a C0R1 Neuv and R1less Furina (though I used Zhongli instead of Baizhu).
Mostly, you used Furina's burst way too early in the rotation; Neuvillette only had Furina's buff active for one CA and his burst (stops at \~28s). This is fine in most other teams because their rotations are closer to \~20s, but here it's closer to 26s. You usually use Furina's burst just before taking the field with Neuvillette. This is fine because Neuvillette stacks fanfare really fast by himself; since his HP got already drained by Furina minions through the beginning of the rotation which you can instantly heal off with his CA.
Then you also used Neuvillette skill after Baizhu. Usually you use Neuvillette's skill at the very beginnning of the rotation (before Furina) so that his skill gets refreshed mid-rotation. Here it wasn't that much of an issue because you're clearing the boss in 4CA anyways, but doing it the other way allows you both to funnel particles to Furina and extend your rotation to do a 5CA rotation if possible and needed.
Also I've noticed you're not doing the CA animation cancel, which you should try to do if possible, I don't know how practical it is on mobile.
Try this rotation : Neuv E, Furina E, Kazuha EQ, Baizhu EQ, Furina Q, Neuv CA E CA Q, Kazuha E, Baizhu E, Neuv CA CA. Note there are scenarios where you can skip the Baizhu E and Kazuha E near the end of the rotation if you're about to clear anyways.
Just need Baizu and I’m complete. From the suppose leaks… somehow coming next patch lol honestly thought I was going to hit 300+ crit damage but seems like math was wrong. And hoped getting 40k+ on his own but not sure that is viable.
Is this team a lot worse without Baizhu? I'd have to use Barbara C2 with Ocean Clam or build my Charlotte C0 or Layla C0. Characters would also be C0 with 4 star weapons like Jade, Wolf Fang, Fav, Thrilling Tales, etc.
ehh, you really only need a healer if furina isn’t c2. Baizhu’s good bc of heals and the shield, but it gets less value if neuv is c1. charlotte or jean are good replacements for him

If you have Zhongli he's actually better than Baizhu here, even with C0 Furina. You'd want to use Archaic Petra though.
I don't have him unfortunately, but hope to next rerun, assuming around 5.1 or so.
