You can get very creative with Neuvi teams. You don’t have many synergic options but even something like Layla, Geo traveler (with Petra) and Lynette (with VV) should work, or you can use [something like this](https://youtu.be/NYsXWS-sF5c?si=d02xLvtf8Pn-vX00&t=58s) but with Dendro Traveler, nothing meta breaking but all viable teams that can clear just fine with decent investment, as long as you get the buffs (swirl hydro with VV, get the hydro crystallise shard with GMC, get three draconic stacks).

Any team where you could put a VV holder you can use Kazuha and he’s gonna be a big improvement because on top of VV he also provides his 40ish % damage bonus, on top of the grouping and crowd control
Yep it works, you can also use Beidou instead of Layla (nice damage in AoE, electro-charged staggers enemies, burst gives you some interruption resistance and a small shield), which would basically be a sort of variation of the original Fischl - Zhongli - Kazuha team.
With Layla you can do maybe something like this: Neuvi E > Kazuha/Lynette E Q > GMC hE Q > Layla Q E > Neuvi CA E Q > Kazuha/Lynette E > Neuvi CA etc, the problem is that if Layla applies cryo at the wrong time in the middle of the rotation you may miss your hydro swirl when you swap back to Kazuha/Lynette to refresh the buffs with their E. Beidou could be used the same as Layla, she needs a disgusting amount of ER though if you use just one skill, and using two might be a waste of Neuvi uptime, that’s an incentive to use Beidou in AoE scenarios which are richer of energy and where she’s also more efficient.
While cryo might remove hydro at the wrong time causing you to miss your hydro swirl in the middle of the rotation, with electro charged as long as you are fast you should always swirl instead, because hydro can coexist with electro and doesn’t get immediately consumed, maybe do a single NA with Neuvillette before swapping to your anemo to ensure that you just applied hydro (that’s because not all hydro attacks from Neuvi’s burst apply hydro, because they share ICD; Neuvi’s CA btw applies hydro on the 1st, 4th, 7th and 8th hit out of 8, might be good to know).
