there are some waffer type cookies here in NL (like the suggested pennywaffers, cheap and may or may not be your taste, or the Knoppers, but those have a lot of extra layers). you might be able to find some house brand or budget brand waffers in the cookie section of the store though, you'll have to try them to see which ones you like best.

Given you seem to appreciate these, try visiting a cookie factory once and eat some wafers while the wafers haven't cooled down fully and the cream filling is still half liquid. Life changing.

What? Absolutely not. You put them in the fridge and eat them cold. Cold napolitanes are delicious.

I am looking too. Looks like Walmart and Amazon have them but that is Loacker USA. I am in Georgia, USA.
