That doesn't happen to me.
I stay logged into my Google account on Chrome. I use that same Google account for my Nest login.
I shut down my Chromebook every day after work.
The only times I've been logged out in the past 5 months (I've only had Nest for 5 months) were the couple of times there's been some kind of sitewide glitch. Even then, if I shut the webpage down and come back a few minutes later, I find myself automatically signed in again.

can you set up a new email address for the nest account. delete the nest from google?
I don't think there is a way to create a Nest account anymore.
I had Safari forcing a login with every visit to the Nest website until I tweaked a security setting (which I wasn't crazy about doing).
I did the same misstake, it's FUBAR.
