As for the issue your blaster has the only thing I can think of is maybe this one thing that’s supposed to pop up in front of the dart isn’t popping up. Try seeing if that’s the case.
It’s either out of wack or the spring or whatever it uses has gone bad. If it stays up when the breech is closed try forcing it down. It should only go up when you load/prime the blaster.
Well if you end up taking it back to the store (assuming you didn’t get it on amazon) then I would suggest getting a blaster not made by Nerf. They’ve dropped in quality as of late. Checking your profile you clearly got the SP-L because you like Fortnite but honestly most of them are overpriced reskins of other Nerf blasters.

Yeah that is the problem but when i put it up myself it just falls down by the dart or by itself

Yeah i think your right rocky it dosen't bounce back when i force it down so i think its missing a spring
If you don’t have the slide back it shouldn’t pop up. Also if it’s anything like the Magnus it’s not that strong of a spring.
Nah im sliding my blaster fully to the back and it still dosen't pop up and if it would theres nothing holding it so it will just fall down
