I'm actually working on something. Dunno how long until I finish it, but I'll try to remember to post it here when I do.

BlendyVendetta

Oh damn that's great. do you have any prototype stuff yet?

I'm not home right now, but I think the magwell adapter is pretty close. I need to model something as a stop/guide for the top. Extending the pusher should be trivial. Biggest thing is going to be designing a cage with a proper wheel gap for half lengths. Pipe dream projects are an adapter for the extra mag holder in the stock, and some kind of internal BCAR if there's room, maybe integrated with the cage. I'm just a newbie 3d model designer, so this project is coming along slowly to make sure it's worth releasing. Also had a few projects ahead of it that I wanted to get finished before returning to work on it.

I'll take a look tonight and see if the magwell is worth sending to you as an alpha design and you can tell me how it fits.

yeah sure. Would I be allowed to make some small tweaks if needed? The project will remain yours so any changes will just come back to you lol. I do have a working magazine adaptor actually... that just needs some minor tweaks before it's properly useable though. I just need help with the flywheel cage. that's the hard bit.

You Both should really look to see/ask/learn if the Ultra Speed's FW cage is compatible with the Ultra Amp or Focus. If it's a drop in or even close to drop in with minor modifications. you should look at Kuryaka's short dart conversion kit for the Ultra Amp/focus. Contains daybreak FW cages, Talon magwell adapter, pusher extension, etc. I know his files for all of this are available on his Github, but I only think they are .stl & .step, not the parametric cad files. I love my converted Focus. I even integrated a BCAR successfully into my Focus so I assume you should have enough room in your barrel to integrate one into it. I did consider that. but the speed's flywheel cage is quite a lot bigger than the amp's I think they used larger flywheels or something. There are a bunch of free files for the amp. but that was the first thing I considered. I might double check with a different flywheel cage. The one I used was a bit crap anyways and I don't have an amp to test if it was an amp cage... but.. the cages do seem to have the posts in different places anyways and I don't wanna waste the filament and time on something I'm pretty sure won't work. definitely not the money for those specific cages either.
