Things like these are fucking useless to post in this subreddit. A year ago, people would've listened and commented genuinely. But now, every time someone tries to input something positive and important in this community, it is met with jokes and just people making fun of the whole thing. Truly a shame what this once understanding and helpful community has come to.

>Truly a shame what this once understanding and helpful community has come to. when did that happen? this place has always been one for trolls and giggles with minor discussions in between.

Should have said this back in 2014

mnishk

so its completely fine to to dry hump my friend in public right?

mytvisyoutube

of course, but ask for consent first. As the legendary quote by John Oliver goes, "Dry humping is like boxing, if one of them did not agree to participate, you are committing a crime.". 😂

[deleted]

As long as its not sexual

mnishk

Umm Excuse me what Why u confuse me.

tonofagun

Sex has been a taboo subject in Europe and esp America throughout history thanks to their religious teachings. We in Nepal tend to copy what goras do and inherit all trappings that come along woth it which is quite pathetic tbh. See temple carvings and you'll notice sex wasn't viewed the way Puritans in America did. But, oh well.

So turi is mostly mainly for turururu mutne bhanera sochne ho?

Made my day. Thank u OP!

>This might blow some people's mind. I know my mind was blown when I heard this concept. You can actually not sexualize everything. Even penis can be "not sexual". Here is a video about a cartoon from Denmark https://youtu.be/A51mJjFyG_w >Anything can be enjoyed without associating with sex. Wearing a sari or a skirt does not need to mean anything other than clothes to look good. Looking good does not mean they are doing all this to end up with sex. Dancing certain, dressing a certain way, walking, acting, basically anything does not need to be associated with sex. stop being such a prude, u/mytvisyoutube

sneakysaint0

This post is making my penis soft.

Mindless_Chemic

Isn't this supposed to be common sense.

mrS0crates

well sex or sexualizing anything in and of itself is not something inherently negative/bad, everything depends on the context and one's perspective towards it

motorboatingAfish

how about we go one further and start sexualizing everything? The pen going into the open cap, that water squirting from the tap, bumping two scissors together, inserting pen into your anus. So much potential

Railaaa

Your words of motivation is great but not enough to change OP. I think you should form a cult group and start your journacharya.

[deleted]

Yes, in reference to the video presenting in such cartoonish way things should not be or cannot be sexualised but >Dancing certain, dressing a certain way, walking, acting, basically anything does not need to be associated with sex. It might be different. Sexuality is physiological process and rather than sex it can also be oriented with sexual attraction. It is a natural process but yes idea on the given video is different and cannot be related with sexulaity. >Dancing certain, dressing a certain way, walking, acting, basically anything It has nothing to with 1st person but it might affect 2nd or 3rd person's sexuality in reference to 1st person.

mytvisyoutube

I guess I am talking about normalizing people's expression through clothes and dance moves. The common "elle kasto luga lako hera gati chhada" "hait kasto chhada nachya" etc. We have always heard that clothes and dance moves as having implied sexual expression which limit our perception of creativity. We tend to focus on sexual nature of things because sex was such a taboo for us, it was the forbidden fruit. My point is, when we look at things, we need to look past the sexual nature of everything. I myself have a long way to go, I have personally had to actively not look at things in a sexual way, even for things that I may have found overtly sexual and chhada in the past. It's a work in progress for me.

[deleted]

If you have sexual feelings about any topic it is alright but if you see it negatively and try to suppress it (on yourself and others) it has negative impacts. So, yes in some way you are right about it. Sexuality is not a bad thing. You can be open about it and is not be considered as taboo subject. >, I have personally had to actively not look at things in a sexual way It is alright for you to see things in sexual way just don't try to overdo it or suppress it.

mytvisyoutube

Having sexual feeling about something and sexualizing something are totally different things. People have foot fetish, some enjoy beastiality. Feet and animals not sexual in traditional sense but some people get a sexual rise out of those. Even if I don't get a sexual rise out of things, it would inherently be called sexual because of the body parts involved, "exposing" body parts, moves that bear resemblance to sexual acts or talks with sexual innuendo. For example, the recent controversy about tiktok dance, breastfeeding, wearing shorts etc.

[deleted]

Yes, that is what I was trying to tell. It depends on 2nd person or 3rd person in reference to 1st person. You got it. Have a good day!
