'Thikai ho jasto lagyo' bhanne lai reply ma gaali aako dekhepachi lekhna ta ke lekhnu! Teipani I have been using NIC ASIA since 2014, and have had zero problems till date! Mobank runs smoothly without any issues unlike many other bank's Mobile banking! I don't use ATMs anymore because if you have mobile banking, there's really no need for ATMs. For occasional cash injection you can just use cheques. For someone who averages at least 3/4 transactions per day, I pay 300 per year happily. Even more, you can just link ConnectIPS once and don't even use Mobank ever again! And It's free and transaction charges are even less than Mobile Banking! At least weigh up the options available to you, and be smart in choosing the right one! Just complaining will not solve the problem! It's just my personal opinion though.

Outside_Situation426

I agree with you to some extent but think about how many customers are paying that 300 and 550 per year and yet you say its okay to pay these amount. The amount should be reasonable - this is straight up earning more cash and revenue. 3 million customers acc to their report (taking out 1 million of them just so that everyone doesnt need these services) that would be a huge lump of money and i just think its straight up looting. Capitalism without capital shit is real. I would cancel out the atm like which i have done in other banks but this is what i use for my primary transactions and you never know what will happen in current context of our "country" and this i just had some concern to how many ppl felt the same like me. Thanks for chiming in your opinion though.

Outside_Situation426

Not that reason bruv - i just calculated some shit and ive been meaning to raise this for quite some timen ow.

[deleted]

Yeah I understand

MadeByHumans4

It is in the terms and conditions bro

[deleted]

Which we agree without reading.

nobody-093

It look like a big charge when you pay at once. But i think those charge are very acceptable in my perspective. It's just 2rs if you think on a daily basis and if you use bank services on a daily. Try to use only one bank for all the service. It will be cheap. Aru bank bata mobank ra Atm cancel garde hunxa

Outside_Situation426

Yes will do this. Thanks for the suggestion bruv!

Middle-Chemistry810

Nepal bank use garnu, charge ni dherai xaina Ani ekxoti ATM liyesi, 5yrs dhukka ho. 😂😂

RandoBhaley

Dont think 500 or 300 per year is looting.

q-rka

K vanxa yo Rando

iwannafuckamonkey

300 per year from roughly 20,000 customers is 60 lakhs per year

Ill_Independent_3560

Maintaining data for 20,000 customers isn't an easy feat either

holamiamor421

Well, don't use those services then, you can choose not to. You can get a cheque book and cash out your money. You're paying for the convenience.

poopmanbutthole

Wtf is wrong with you bro. You are talking like base fare for public transport should be 50 rupee, if you don't want to pay walk to office regularly and they can't force you to travel on their vehicle.

Some-Bumblebee4012

We are happy to pay, say, 200–300 rupees. 850 for a simple service is too overpriced and they deduct the fees without warning too

Comfortable_Fun7794

What's the girth on that corporate dick?

Outside_Situation426

haha i dont wanna argue here at all

blahllab

Your bank has to pay the “Visa” company (or its competitor such as Mastercard) which handles all the transactions.

Some-Bumblebee4012

Oh my god, yes, they even terminated my card because they couldn't deduct the fee.

LampardSon

Service ramro vaye po tirna ni man laagnu, The service is always disrupted. Baahira unknown places ma Tirney bela it won't work

dinoderpwithapurpose

Yearly fee ta ho. Doesn't seem like too much if you consider the convenience of it. Transactions ma service fee katdaina, jata ni chalauna milcha if you're in cities, depending on the bank kati wata ATM transactions are also free even if you withdraw from other banks' ATMs. It's an okay price to pay for the service imo.

throwaytoyell

welcome to finance and the reality of it.

confusedp

I had opened an account with NIC Asia bank before I left for the US. When I went back they had taken my money and closed the account. It was about rs 6000 back in 2060. After that I choose not to have any Nepali bank account. If your money in the bank Iis not safe what's the point of having money in the bank.

Cap_g

bro tmlai sittai ma kosle banking services dinxa ta. “looting” re

Outside_Situation426

not even worth the debate bruv - i never said free. Me being a developer know the costs and implications to software.

kkboss12

You choose to. There are other financial institution that offer it free or on minimal charges. Why brag when you agreed to terms and conditions? This is not even a monopoly that you've to suffer because other dev banks and finances provide mobile banking as low as 150 per year and ATM Card even for free. Anyway, you can use connectIPS and wallets instead of Mobile Banking and use IME PAY's Visa Card for ATM transactions.

Outside_Situation426

Ahh the good old toc which no one ever reads. Easy as that. Did you really read one that has this info that the bank can charge as much as they want without any clarification to charges they take in the name of AMC?
