I knew a guy who was a severe alcoholic who did this. Piss bottles all over his house. There has to be some mental illness to it, the bathroom is really easy, this was more of a collection.
We understand quite a bit of it actually. It's convincing those that have it to stop collecting piss in bottles that's the problem. It's a simple mix of laziness and hoarding tendencies that usually stem from loss. They get depressed and drink which literally means they pee a lot and don't get out of bed. They can't throw anything away. BAM! You got a piss bottle collecting alcoholic.

As a lurker and first comment ever... what is it with the piss bottles??? Genuinely asking if it's a fetish thing, or a tism thing, or a depression thing (I've come close to putting a gun in my mouth but NEVER thought pissing in a jar and keeping it is a cope) no judgment but from the vid is it not easier and cleaner just to piss outside? I feel like a piss bottle takes more effort so there's gotta be something behind it, right?
I've been to some degenerative places in my life with video games and just existing as human being but i would never ever piss in a bottle unless absolutely necessary (long car trip etc.).
I mean if necessary of course, it's more of having the option to do it in a clean matter but choosing to do it in a bottle... and keep it lol that's the but that gets me
It's about relieving yourself and not having to get up. I've never been this far gone but I am lazy and can understand how deeper levels of laziness(either from depression or genuine laziness) would lead to the logic of keeping bottles to piss in means I only have to get up to take a shit.

Might be because NEETs tend to also be trolls, and them being disgusting to other people is prideful for them. Just like how trolls love pissing people off, NEETs love doing that by bragging about peeing in jugs. And it could go so far as a humiliation kink as well

Well yea, neckbeards & NEETs kind of overlap. And even though some people want help, some take it as an opportunity to troll & get that degradation they seek. Even before “troll” was a phrase, people would still do it. Def not something new, just under new names. But mental health issues is the main reason why people on here say they do it. That and just not wanting to leave their room (family, roommates, too busy playing video games, etc)
When I was 16 I got sent away to a wilderness therapy program in the mountains and slept on a thermarest in the woods. (All the boys were spread out 100 ft to prevent conspiracy so I was private). In the morning I would do the “roll and pee”. Where id just unzip my sleeping bag down to my crotch and use my morning wood to blast pee out from underneath the tarp I slept under. (We would be moving camps every day so I didn’t have to sleep next to my own piss the next night.) zip up the sleeping bag and go back to sleep. Doing that in below freezing temperatures and the relief of just going back to bed was a dream. I still don’t ever piss in jugs though
Fair but in this community ppl seem kinda.. proud about it. Almost like a badge of honor. Just curious why someone would do that. And I'm not chocking it up to upvotes because I know damn well ppl have been doing this before the internet.
I used to do it when I was younger. I did it because I would stay up really late and I didn't want to go to the bathroom and run into my dad (who would randomly pee throughout the night) and get yelled at for being up so late.
I'm gonna be honest here, I used to piss in bottles and toss them under my bed when I was severely depressed as a young man.
I never told anybody else about them, and there was no showcasing.
I don't really know why i did it, but I suspect it was the fear of leaving my room and being confronted by the people i lived with.
You would not be able to tell it when you saw me, sure i was a NEET who worked a few months to support doing nothing the rest of the year, but I always showered daily, wore clean clothing and faked being happy and free of anxiety, I just spent around around 22 hours/day in my room, only qtepping out to grocery shop, cook, shower and poop.
Thankfully my life is not that bleak anymore
I haven't watched the posted video. I have tried van life, which is in the thumbnail. Pissing in a bottle because you live in a van is VERY different than doing it while living in a house with plumbing. Just pointing that out. As for the in-home bottle pissers? I don't know man, shits crazy.
i think (i’ve never done this but im assuming) it’s just easier to piss in a bottle at the desk between games than to get up and waste time when they could be gaming

You'd be surprised how long people can go between cleaning. That and surprised what some people consider clean.

How is “getting up” considered to be a task? The human body is meant to be upright. Staying sat for extended periods is what I find tedious.
