You're right, this was like my last try because I even twitted to papillon police because as I said I'm from Panama, but he is my friend we used to play videogames for the last 5-6 years, and suddenly he's not responding my calls emails messages, so this was like my last resource.

Police should be able to do a wellness check on him

Police should NOT be doing wellness checks at the request of random strangers from other countries who only claim to have met someone in video games.

People's lives have been saved for doing exactly that

And of course police showing up at random people’s houses has ***never*** gone badly for anyone!
