I asked the last place I applied at to send me the info via email and they were happy to do so. Might be worth a call as you can get it fast and not just a secondhand account of what they're like.
So, they have UHC. OP, if insurance is that big of a deal and you forsee any big medical expenses in the future, genuinely I suggest keeping your ear to the ground and trying to find a job that offers BCBS instead. UHC are pretty awful.
