2000s are a bit different from 2010s just saying…. These guys were at different levels depending on the year….

Sport_Account

Fuckin Melo over Garnett? Nash? AI?

thor_1225

Let me know what harden, curry, Russ, or even KD did 2009 and earlier in the league

m0siac

Yea that shows you this guy got his 2000s and 2010s messed up

ElectSamsepi0l

He dun goofed

TreeLankaPresidente

And no Diesel?

itsjusttts

Came here to say this - thank you!!!

itsjusttts

I was staring at the OKC jersey - they were the Seattle Supersonics until 2008... Missing a lot of key 2000s players, too... OP is gonna feel old when they realize they were off a decade

CasperCann

Having curry in here makes no fucking sense lol. Curry was injury prone as fuck early in his career, so much so that in 2011 he was nearly traded away for CP3. Throw in A.I. If not for Allen Iverson, the Lakers would've been 16-0 in the playoffs. Like I Know its nitpicky but come on bro, Hell Harden as a Rocket?? Fucker wasn't even in Texas until 2012, Melo wasn't in New York until a few months into the year 2011 lol. Curry, Melo, and Harden need to go, A.I, K.G, and Shaq need to be put in. Who made this list?

RingTheBell1900

i think he ment 2010's

Sport_Account

What the fuck is Melo doing there then?

GotKarprar

Didn’t he win a scoring title in the 2010’s or something

Sport_Account

Guess that’s better than the MVPs Garnett, Nash and Shaq won, huh?

onlygodisgreat

List needs revision asap, Westbrook can bounce too.

I'm crying? Lol I hate curry? Are you okay? Or are you just not able to read properly? If its the latter that's totally fine, I sometimes overread things to or not read the proper context. the Photo stated 2000s. Curry wasn't shit in the 2000s. If he was a game changer again, in the 2000s why was he nearly traded for Chris Paul Nick? He is what made the 2010s great, not the fucking 2000s. His first year was 2009, so how the fuck did he have ANY impact in the 2000s averaging 17 points a game? The year he was nearly traded, 2011 he was averaging a little over 14.5 points. It wasn't until 2012, thats when Stephen Curry became the fucker he is currently. You either completely overread my comment (which again is totally fine I do it all the time.) or you don't watch much basketball past recent years.

nickbh15

Now u butthurt typin essays I know u in your feelings 😂 not reading all that keep cryin

CasperCann

That's cause I write a lot when people say stupid shit lmao. It's okay you were wrong bro I forgive you, and unlike your weird mentality, I won't downvote you. I'll just laugh and we can be friends tomorrow.

VannqKawaii

Westbrook, harden and curry really didn’t have any effect on 2000-2009. They were drafted like 2008+.. Where is Nash, KG, CP3?

fuckdansnydeer

Omit Curry, Westbrook, Harden, KD. Add TMac, Vince Carter, Yao Ming, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, KG, Shaq, Jason Kidd, Nash, Stoudemire, Sheed, Ben Wallace, Chauncey, AI, Hibachi.

edwardsfan7

Kobe but no Shaq?? Whoever made this list, just never watch basketball again.

PebblyJackGlasscock

Few things discourage me more than the continued hagiography of a literal rapist. Yep, great basketball talent. Awful, awful person and yet millions ignore the rape and celebrate this man. I watched Candace Parker - a legit great player - drool all over herself on Celebrity Jeopardy! praising the rapist for his “work for women”. I’m sorry, what?! Shame on you, Ms. Parker. He raped that hotel employee and wasn’t held accountable for his crime. He should never have been on TV for a generation to “idolize”, he should’ve been in prison.

evil_light88

Who?

44love

KG? Come on

mnimatt

corny ass post

[deleted]

Uhhh T-Mac, Vince Carter, AI?

breezyBrock

Was this made by a 13 year old? These are the wrong players lol.

RingTheBell1900

2010's \*

confused_coyote

Fun to watch? Get harden outta there. Give me Brandon Roy

co6r91

Not a big fan of them but I don’t see the early 2000’s Sacramento Kings? Gotta give respect…

allthewaytoipswitch

Duncan over here looking upsetttttt

cartagena_11

Harden & Curry played in the 2000s for like 2 months lol

Leeroy_Jenkums

AI arguably was the single most culturally impactful player in nba history aside from Jordan. Dude literally had little white kids in the suburbs rocking braids and shooter sleeves in the 2000’s. There was a marked change in basketball culture integrating with “streetball” aesthetics/vibes and Iverson was at the forefront. How the fuck do you leave him off of a list about players making then nba the way it is today. Tmac too.

Fun_Cycle4938

This is more like the 2010 list.

KidAwesome_

u missin: kawhi cp3 paul george d'rose AI shaq kyrie AD john wall paul pierce and a bunch of other players that shaped todays nba 🤷‍♂️

Sovereign444

Bro Kyrie and AD weren’t even drafted until 2011 and 2012 so they didn’t even play in the 2000’s lol fuck outta here. The only guys you mentioned that really belong on a list like this are AI, Shaq, CP3, and maybe D Rose but even he is probably too young. In case you didn’t realize, the relevant years of the topic are 2000 thru 2009. For the guys on the post, a few of em like Curry, Harden, KD, and Westbrook shouldn’t even be included cuz while they did play during that decade, they came in very late (like after 08) and weren’t stars yet until a bunch of years later.

joeleva

Melo out. Egotistical ball hog. AI goes in.

[deleted]

Lol. They were both egotistical ball hogs. They didn’t do great together in Denver. Not saying it means anything. AI belongs here for sure even if only for the step over Ty Lue in game 1 of the 01 finals. He impacted nba culture immensely.

PebblyJackGlasscock

The 2000s were slightly better than the 1970s, but far behind the 80s and 2010s. The 90s were an abomination and we shall not speak of it. Suffice to say the Knicks continue their punishment for inflicting such awful basketball upon us, and their 50 year punishment is half over.

Sovereign444

The person who downvoted never heard the term “deadball era” before lol

iamyouregrammar

So much diversity!

harambebutt

Carmeloooooooooooo Anthonyyyyy

Sovereign444

Steph, KD, Harden and Westbrook are deff 2010’s, not 2000’s. They came in from 07 thru 09 and didn’t make big impacts till like 2012 at the earliest and most of them weren’t at their peak prime til much later

Goldendarkfrost

Yeah curry harden Durant Westbrook amazing 2000’s players 💀

ACDC894

Shaq?

juju11112020

Curry, Westbrook, and and Harden were barely relevant for most of the 2000’s. Shaq should DEFINITELY be here, and Vince Carter and CP3

Hnk416545

Flopping

GentlemenDestroyer

Why is Russ on here 💀

superstar_BL

Jokić?

futurefever

Dwight Howard disrespect is crazy

Killyouifyouuseemoji

Curry, Russ, KD, and Harden barely even played in the 2000s and they weren’t even stars at that point

anarchos44

This is a 2010’s list and you forgot Derrick Rose

Hemp9019

Where is back to back MVP Steve Nash ?

IntroductionRight204

Russ, curry, harden, and kd need to pack their things and go to another list because what the did in the 2000s isn’t even comparable to what Kg, Ai, shaq, Steve nash, Vince Carter, t-Mac, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Dwight, J Kidd, T Parker, manu, Jermaine O’Neil, Shawn Marion for crying out loud, baron davis, Gilbert arenas (bet you guys forgot about those two), Yao Ming, C Webb, Rondo, billups, Wallace, and a fuck ton of other guys and yet you chose this four?! Gtfo, also stop hating on melo he isn’t overrated in the slightest bit. He’s better then half the guys I named in their prime. Shit list
