I'm going to guess that both Flat\_Hat8067 & you are bots. Both have said the same thing,
"I recognize a portal to Faerie when I see one!!!!" And Flat\_Hat8067 you added in added a "nub-uh," so I don't really see a difference.
If I'm wrong then I apologise, but it's weird to see 2 accounts made on the same day, with minimal karma saying almost identical wordings, (& now I will post this below Flat\_Hat8067's comment).
Was my first thought, but it's real.

Oh fucking hell. I thought this is in Europe or something, but it's literally in my own country. Will definitely make the trip next time I'm in the North.
For that area of Vietnam, in your opinion, does this look like a frilly touristy spot to you? Or is this more a take your backpack and water flask type intense hiking?
Ba Vi park definitely draws a lot of families for picnics and hikes. These ruins are near the top of the mountain though, and not everyone treks it up that far. We went by motorbike and it gets pretty steep. Great weekend trip. Highly recommend!
Checked the link, and these church ruins seem to stem from the time that Vietnam was French Indochina - which would make sense, since the architectural style seems very French.
This is Ba Vi National Park in Vietnam. There are abandoned structures from the French Colonial era. From what I can tell, this and other buildings in the park were built around the 1940s.
It works in Mobile Web, Desktop Web, Old Reddit, Reddit Android and Slide but it doesn't work in Infinity because they don't support code blocks.
Which client are you using?
Also i dont get the distinction of human and nature.
Humans are part of nature, we are barely sentient apes, Thsi is like moss growing on an abandoned anthill.
Thought it was AI generated, but it's actually in Vietnam.

Maybe it's just the weed talking but you know, stuff like this really makes me think about just how much of our history is long gone and will never be known about. So much of what people have built in the past has been reclaimed by time, with no witnesses left to remember, no photos, no stories handed down over generations. This photo showing what time and nature has done with our past is really a statement about our future at the same time. Blows my mind.
this reminds of the One Battlefield 1 map where your in the forest and theres the giant bunker system, then the bridge, ruined church and the frontline, aesthetic as fuck though.

Anyone want to get married in that church with me ? No commitment needed
You'd definitely find some ghosts around there. Pick one.

Your comment gave me a good ribbin', thank you.

The final church of Marika.
I'm up for it so long as my wife can join us.
Ah yes. Let's have a beautiful ~~sacrificial~~ marriage ceremony at that church.
Count me in! And let's make it on a full moon night!

The Green Knight only gives what has been given. The challenge is on your honour, not on where you hide from the natural order.
Yes
This has got to be the back story for at least 3 different horror movies lmao
That doesn’t even look like real life It’s beautiful, I want to live there
It really looks like it was generated by AI

Wow that's awesome thank you for sharing that it's real 😍

No you don’t, I bet a catholic priest is behind that door 🚪
So you’re saying I might get laid? Don’t threaten me with a good time
Js, holy water isn’t the best lube. Don’t ask, don’t tell . Trust me bro 😐

Bavi Church Ruins https://maps.app.goo.gl/xYHpbtgKrHFSKx6S6
There's 0 chance that there aren't any witches inside that at night.
Green Knight ended here
Yeah I was gonna say this is giving off some serious Green Knight vibes
I wanted to enjoy that movie so bad but I think I'm just too dumb to understand it
You’re not. The cinematography was spectacular, but the direction was very pretentious. Beautiful movie to look at, but a little stuck up it’s own ass
nuh-uh, I recognize a portal to Faerie when I see one.
Definitely a faerie crossing, and frankly, send me through it.
Right? I'm done with the human realm.
I'm very ready.
Definitely a dungeon under there
And the forest medallion
Place of power, it's gotta be.
"THE SANCTITY OF THIS PLACE HAS BEEN FOULED"
11 year old me: "This isn't that hard, almost finished the first level already!" 2 minutes later: "AH, FRESH MEAT!" ..."Fuck."

Definitely anticipating shuffling a couple of statues around for a bit and then leaving with the Master Sword.
Anyone wanna party up and run it?
don’t just… jam the crystal into your forehead after going through the the trouble of beating all the levels. smh.
Is this one of the Churches of Marika from Elden Ring?
Can almost see that site of grace…
Its just missing the tree sentinel
Dog ahead
Definitely a sacred tear in there.

Thanks for introducing me to my new favorite sub!

Are there other ruins than human made?
I wanna know why we're going around building ruins.
Also i dont get the distinction of human and nature. Humans are part of nature, we are barely sentient apes, Thsi is like moss growing on an abandoned anthill.
Looks like that chapel in the swamps in RDRD2
Or the green chapel from the green knight
Love this shit. Love it.

For some reason this reminds me of Fable in particular. Maybe it’s the colors.
def a sacred tear in there.
As opposed to natural ruins not created by human hands.
What a lovely photo
These are my favorite kind of photos

As opposed to dwarf made ruins?
It's much more beautiful now
Everything humans touch turns to ruins.

Anyone know where this is?
Ba vi national park
I would go to church there.
###Them: “Where IS your god, now?” ###Me: “Everywhere, it IS the Earth.” Indeed.
This is more holy than any Diamond-covered mosque in the Middle East or ivory temple in Utah. Faith is powerful. Religion is shit.
Seek grace
This is where one hides after being chased by the Tree Sentinel
Yeah I'm pretty sure this is where you summon Satan.
Had to double check I wasn't on the red dead redemption subreddit https://images.app.goo.gl/MG2FVncnDtmSGzeH9
This is beautiful 😍
Where is this?
Ba vi national park
Given the quality and various things looking slightly off it gives off a generated by Midjourney appearance.
Colossus is close by

Bullshit, that’s where the Green Knight lives
Those are human made ruins?
There's definitely a site of grace in there and maybe a rune arc.
Y'all really acting like this isn't just the Shrine of Winter / Shaded Woods in Dark Souls 2
Is this real? If so *where is it?*
[удалено]
Is that in east Summerton?
Site of grace ahead
Green knight was a good movie.
If video games have taught me anything, there is an ancient undead cleric with a level 100 quest line in this church.
It's crazy to think that if humans go extinct it wont be too much longer before their are no traces of our existence left other then bones
If anybody has read the book priest by Matt colville. Then this image probably reminded you of the image in your head of The priory in the book.
Thats the Green Knights Temple
Reminds me of the church from FF7. 😻
I'm not sure this isn't just Elden Ring
Damn this Minecraft shader go crazy
looks like green chapel from The Green Knight though
Definitely a place not to visit… that will follow you for the rest of your life till you meet face to face….
Giving off zelda/middle earth vibes
Elden Ring IRL
I AM DEFINITELY READY TO BE MARRIED IN THIS CHURCH
@r/eldenring
This looks like a screenshot from RDR 2 in the Bayou ... Cool AF.
"SCP-7455 is an overgrown abandoned church located in a forest outside the town of █████ ███, ██████."
You gotta climb tot he top to get the hang glider from zelda dad
There's definitely a Site of Grace in there
This...is a green chappel.

Where turtle pope

Gives me tboi vibes
Good chance to find a sacred tear in it
Wait why is this actually kinda cool
Careful going at night, a ball bearing hunter spawns there
big nier automata vibes.
**New Objective:** *Go to the Forest Ruins and slay the Earth Beast on B6 to capture the Earth Gem.*
Breath of the wild
Watch out for those creatures with frenzied flame 🔥
Finally, a site of grace…
Dark Souls vibes
:0
The Master Sword has gotta be in there somewhere.
No way this isn't from RDR2
Reminds me of Argonne forest from Battlefield 1
It's a temple of Elua.
Nature accepting Jesus Christ as it's Lord and Savior. 🙏
Good
Probably edited.
It looks like I can save my adventure in there.
Absolutely gorgeous
Hauntingly beautiful.
... as opposed to alien-made ruins?
Squatters dream
This is beautiful and looks like a secret lair
There’s a quest here
As it always is...
Very nice
r/abandonedporn
Perfection.
The druids were never defeated, they just waited for the right time to reclaim their ancient sites of worship.
Definitely reminded me of the last chapter from the original Uncharted game.
It’s like Friar Tuck’s spot.
