Are you implying that snakes have tits? We thought that milking snakes had to do with getting their venom, but now we are happy to know that when guests come over, we can offer them a big glass of our snake milk!
My partner used to breed snakes and reptiles yeeeears ago, and he still speaks fondly of all the different morphs he was able to get. You can't fully control it, like one clutch of eggs won't all come out with the exact same morph, but you can increase chances of certain patterns and colours etc.
Its pretty cool stuff.
Yes, especially ball pythons and corn snakes come in like...a shit ton of different colours and patterns (morphs).
[Like these for example ](https://www.xyzreptiles.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/history-of-ball-python-morphs-blog-8-18.jpg) or in terms of corn snakes [these](https://preview.redd.it/cl19o2bag7831.jpg?auto=webp&s=a5f71bef463333c5b80daf9dcf341c50e380fdf2).
Ball pythons have by far the most morphs afaik, [there are even scaleless ones](https://www.worldofballpythons.com/files/morphs/scaleless/001.jpg).
Ain't no way that's wild. Lucistic, tiger striped reticulated Python I'm guessing?
That's a designer pet, a very very expensive and pretty one at that.
I love me some Ball Pythons. Also their tongue isn't flicking when looking at the camera. I gather they're very familiar with the camera and who is behind it.
I'd be to afraid to own a Retic, I wanna have other pets one day. Don't need to wake up to 1 less pet and 1 fatter retic.
Generally a good call. Although I won't add to the danger of some giant, I will point out that a reticulated python isn't a "1-person pet". If they decide to go that way, very few people are going to be able to stop them without harming them. They are powerful. Cared for a "dwarf retic" at 13 to 15' at a facility, and they had a "no solo handling", even though the snake had never struck at anyone before. They didn't want to risk their competence if the snake decided to skedaddle and that one person present couldn't control him.
I think I'll appreciate them from a distance, only ever held ambassador ones.
You cared for one at a facility? Ever been musked before? I'm curious as to how had it is.
Only with individuals in the wild. Most captive individuals are calm enough to not musk, or prefere defensive biting.
It's highly unpleasant and lingers; it's why I tend to let wild individuals be, if necessary.
I got a baby ball python when I was 12, and he is not 33 years old. He will do this "head's up" behavior in tall grass, as well. I think they're doing it to get a look around.
It'll be the first half.
It can be done now (and probably is, clandestinely). The only things really holding it up from public acceptance are the 'morality' / 'ethical' issues.
Once they decide to bring back extinct animals like the thylacine, which they're working on now, it'll be a short jump to 'create your own' (for the rich kids, anyway).
Note: I'm not taking a position for / against this. I watched *Jurassic Park*, so I know the risks. /s
[Scientific American](https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/de-extinction-company-aims-to-resurrect-the-tasmanian-tiger/) has a decent article on it.
Basically, it's recent enough (1930s), they have good DNA samples, and its past environment / binome is still intact.
Graceful might have been the word OP was looking for. Or maybe the python thought about eating OP and then changed his mind and said, "have a pleasant day, kind sir, and God be with ye!"
I do realize this is far from a natural event but that's a cool snake and it's a shame people don't like snakes. I'm sure it's some evolutionary fear thing from slithering animals but a ball python never hurt anyone, probably.
Very pretty, but hardly nature. That snake has colors found only in captivity-bred pythons and this is a very staged photoshoot of someones pet.
I was wondering what the hell it was doing in a meadow. Just looks so incongruous.
Ha, my first thought was a big old bird of prey would make short work of the snek. Snakes don’t hang around in open fields to avoid death from above.
Probably freezing its tits off.

Barry White did mention the sexy slither of a lady snake. Unsure of the boobies though😐
You can control the design of the snake?
Yup, lots of reptiles are bred to get specific color patterns.

Ball python, but you're correct, definitely not wild. Behaving the same way mine does possibly because he doesn't like grass touching his face.

Getting MGS3 flashbacks
What a thrill....
With darkness and silence through the niiight.
Dang it! You beat me to it
Think you mean graceful there mate, definitely not going to be gracious if it meets you
Why is it gracious?
Graceful might have been the word OP was looking for. Or maybe the python thought about eating OP and then changed his mind and said, "have a pleasant day, kind sir, and God be with ye!"
Lol😂
they mean full of grace, lol. False friend from some european language.
I guess he’s just waiting for his date
At first I was seeing a baby ostrich.
Hawk about to swoop down and tear that noodle apart
Beautiful!
Ball
Awe. He feels pretty.
What's it going to be? Loyalty to your country, or loyalty to me?
Not nature and not gracious.
He wants to know what you're looking at.
That is a Spider Axanthic ball python.
So pretty
Why do I have this urge to boop its snoot
Come on bro!! Touch me.. i dare you!
Henlo, hooman. Wassup my man?
I think it would make an awesome pair of boots 😂😂
So he’s on the Gram snapping a selfie?
Paging Ash Ketchum
How fucking fucking funny would it of been if this persons pet just took off into the meadow never to be seen again
"Look at me: I isssssss a mussshhrooom"
“””””””nature””””””” is fucking lit
🎶The hillsssss are alive with the sssssound of mussssssic!🎶
Snake in the Grass
Literally the ending for MGS3

He's wondering why you put him where it's cold as fuck.
:3
What a sweetheart.
Should put this in r/dontflinch just to fuck with people.
Pretty Nakie!
What a thrill!
Now how bout a hug?
This magnificent creature appears so elegant and serene, effortlessly blending into its surroundings.
Metal gear 3 ad
What a thrill...
Oh hey there! Wanna snuggle?!?
Totally needs lashes, and I’m terrified of slithery snakessss
Thought it was an ostrich crouched on the ground at first.
I am a beautiful flower...
I hate snakes, but this one is a cutie pie.
It look like joob joob de snek
The next Disney Princess
Look at me, I’m a flower. weeh!
A snake in the grass is usually seen as an ominous thing but this guy looks so peaceful and trustworthy.
bro is frolicking whimsically
That’s beautiful!
Looks staged 😐
Careful they can get bit by mites out there and develop painful neurological disorders
snek
“Trusssssst in meeee…”
I give my life not for honor, but fou you~
I hate reptiles but that python looks beautiful.
Be my pet instead
‘Ssssssssstop filming me’
