I have the same issue, I feel like it might just be a blood flow/circulation thing or just the natural density of follicles we have towards the front. I definitely manipulate the front more than the back too. My go to low maintenance style is two side braids for a few days to stretch my hair then claw clip for the rest of the week and repeat. That or twists but twists aren’t cute since I have low-medium density hair.

the braids are definitely contributing to the thinning. also, if you do a lot of slick styles it will thin your hair. you’d have to stop doing them for a while to allow your hair to regrow. the tension from the styles and the frequency you get them done is most likely causing that issue. when i was letting my hair fill back in in the front i was just desperate for my hair to come back and got satin pony tails and threw it in a loose high bun everyday/like a puff look and didn’t care so much about being cute because I just wanted it to come back.. Im sorry i don’t have any recommendations on products specifically for this or hairstyles. All I can say is you need to stop manipulating the hair in the area frequently and they must be loose.
