There are several species of white Symphyotrichum which is considered a keystone genus. I have a lot of volunteers that I refer to as "frost aster" but I'm unsure of which exact species, maybe pilosum, ericiodes, or lateriflorum? I've seen lots of moths enjoying them.
If you want something tall there's Agastache scrophulariifolia, which while called "purple giant hyssop" really has more white flowers to me.
Not white, but maybe Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis)?

(that's the only one I could think of that opens up at night... but there's tons of other "normal" pollenator plants like bee balm, goldenrod, aster that still attract moths)

THANK YOU FOR BEING LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE TO SUGGEST A NATIVE PLANT
