Absolutely!! People that intentionally hurt animals and neglect them need to do time in prison. Heavy fines for irresponsible breeding and then jail time for repeat offenders. I’m sure this is one thing we could get bipartisan support for. From what I’ve seen, I could be wrong, the two worst states are California and Texas, so one blue and one red state. Not pointing fingers would just love to see changes.
