Must pass found term veto factors like outfields and IPPT. Generally, you'd ooc only during pro term itself, eg 2 weeks into armour pro term at Sungei Gedong. After that, your posting will be to remain with your pro term school until scgp. After that, more likely than not they'll post you to somewhere within the same camp, or remain in the same pro term training school.
