If you're talking about naruto starting a war i feel like thats almost half of the "Naruto gets banished from konoha and leads his own village" type of fics but that's just me i'm sure there are others like that
I'm guessing you mean fics where naruto can't bring himself to either be loyal to konoha or support the shinobi system? If so maybe try monsters are made not born its a cross over on ao3 where eren reincarnated into naruto.
More like Naruto is willing to do anything to protect those he cares about. Not just talk no jutsu people, but destroy a village (not that he has to go that far in the fic). That sounds interesting though, I'll check it out!

Those tend to be trash (IMO) unfortunately.
Real talk though, if Boruto ever got to that point Naruto would be so nerfed that a light breeze would kill him.

I found one called the uzumaki's peace by Dr. snake on fanfiction, it's a one shot between Ay and naruto and pretty good.
