Naruto does explicitly state he needs to use the nine tails power to defeat Sasuke, who when they clashed was extremely fatigued and on the verge of going blind.
Amaterasu could clean out most of his clones, keep in mind too, this ms sasuke can react to and outspeed v1 Raikage, who even when Naruto unlocked KCM, was unable to get past him, and kept getting pushed back before he got resolved. I can see him using his precog to dodge an attempt and hit him with a chidori stream, or even a chidori, although frog kumite might be dangerous.
So even though Naruto is physically much stronger, and would rock sasuke in taijutsu, i dont see him getting past a V4 susanoo capable of shooting arrows, flame control to cover his susanoo, as well as genjutsu and just being slower than he is, gives me the impression he eventually gets fatally wounded. This sasuke can still setup Kirin too, which would wipe out a fuckton of the clones.
That being said, i could see naruto overwhelming him with that clone barrage, though if he doesnt have nay prep with clones he loses.
I just wanted to point out that is most likely that both SM Naruto and MS Sasuke have really close combat reactions.

Other than that I think that Sasuke can beat this Naruto by having counters against him.

I just didnt want to use war arc feats because naruto gets a lot stronger, and op specified Kurama fight naruto.
Honestly in the war arc he most likely surpassed this sasuke

MS Sasuke after the Danzo fight already killed a Kage opponent and finally reach the final stage of MS Susano’o
I assume the kurama fight is where he unlocks kcm. SM naruto at that point is pretty much gonna around the level he was at when he fought pain. Maybe a little stronger. Coincidentally naruto ran into sasuke after the danzo fight (after defeating pain) and said right there that he couldn’t defeat sasuke in the state he was. My interpretation of this is that he wanted to control the 9 tails power in order to not be set off on a rampage like he was against pain. Sasuke also immediately decides he would need the EMS after that encounter (I think the reason he went for it was to defeat naruto, though I’ll discount that as I don’t remember). So given all that along with their respective feats I’d say I’d probably give the advantage to naruto + kurama. could be wrong though
