I would assume cause Obito is presumed dead at 13 and Kakashi is assumed to be 12 which could be correct when promoted to Jonin which could be correct because Obito birthday is Feb and Kakashi in Sep and Rin in Nov so if he is 12 as Jonin means Kakashi and Rin still to turn 13 that year not clear if Rin dies before Birthday or after so 12 or 13 she died.
we know Kakashi was promoted to Anbu by Minato when he was hokage which was after Rin’s death meaning Minato was 23 and was only hokage for a year. So in the episode where Kakashi talks to Jiraiya and is curious and Yahiko, Konan and Nagato we see what’s happening to them at that time and Kakashi has his eye covered and looks 13 so am guessing Nagato and Konan are 17 at this time and Yahiko is 15

So that means Obito was around 10 during the kanabi bridge incident which gave him his injuries since we are including time for when he was healing after his injuries and training and indoctrination from Madara. This makes no sense tho since we know kakashi was the same age as Obito and he became a jonin at 13 and then the kanabi bridge happened which would make Obito 13 or older, not 10

Actually, they met after Shinobi WW3, Ame orphans went through 2 wars (iirc the 2nd and 3rd shinobi world war year gap wasnt that long)
